The people gave me a detailed invoice of what they did. They had a special coffee machine for the customers and a massage chair. They give you a ride home so you do not have to sit there all day. more

Great service, super easy to make appts and they have a nice waiting area. The two times that I've been here, the staff were friendly, willing to help and offered their shuttle service too. They kept me updated on all matters or questions. I had my dog with me on my first visit and the everyone there were so nice and kind to him. We hung out at the waiting area that had computer stations for internet use. They also had free coffee and hot tea. In both instances, my car was washed and cleaned before I picked it up, without charge! more

I was in a wreck last week, and my car was completely totalled. I knew I needed a new car, and decided quickly on a Honda Civic, as recommended from my parents, friends, and it was just an obvious choice for practicality in this city. I walked in yesterday just to take a look at the cars, knowing I wasn't going to be walking out with one that day because I did not have my down payment ready, and I still had to deal with some things for the my insurance company. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation, and showed me the cars they had on the lot. I knew I wanted a brand new Civic EX-L which they actually did not have to show me. They had a few EX's, but I got the idea as to what to expect for my new car. They asked if I wanted to sign the paperwork and get the financing approved that day. I figured why not? If I already know this is the car I'm getting, I might as well start filling out the paperwork. We went over the quoted prices, financing options, and I chose the best for what I could do. I was there for a good 2 hours or so if I had to take a guess, but only because they were waiting on credit check, and all the other stuff you have to do when it comes to buying a car. I had to wait a day to get my insurance stuff taken care of, and also to make sure I was approved for the financing options I chose. They called me the next day to let me know I was approved and my car had been delivered already and as soon as I dealt with my insurance company that I was able to pick it up! Everything was settled that day with my insurance, and I picked it up my car right after that. I was so excited! I was shown everything about how to use certain features of my car, signed a few more papers, was handed my keys, and I was out the door. I never expected buying a car to be SUCH a fast and simple process. I have never bought a car on my own before, and I was very nervous to do so, but thanks to Honda San Francisco, I had a great experience. I'm enjoying my brand new Civic, and I look forward to driving it more

This review is for their service department, which was great. Super easy to make an appointment for exactly when I wanted and Matthew N. was extremely nice and helpful. I was going in for my 90,000 mile service, so I was expecting a lot of work to be done, which ended up being new front brakes, new tires, new air/heating filters, and some other type things. Not only did they get everything done in great time, but it was extremely reasonably priced, too. I highly recommend them. I loved 9th Avenue Honda when I lived out in the Richmond, and now that I live in the Mission, I have a new place that I love equally as well. more

Excellent service 6/30/2010

I purchased my car at SF Honda five years ago and, since then, have been mainly taking in my car to Diem in the Express service. Diem has been consistenly attentive, and meticulous about taking care of my car and has show professionalism and integrity for every visit. He is sure to explain what each service entails, what exactly has been done, and moreover, gives me a picture of what may need to be done down the road. He is very patient and clear in his explanations and possesses excellent communication skills. Bobby, on the main floor, is also great at his job, and, on several occasions, he and Diem have worked in tandem to troubleshoot or resolve problems I had. It's a lot to say you trust your car servicing site/mechanic/dealership and even more to say that this can be done at a reasonable price. Keep up the excellent work at Honda more
