This is by far the worst dentist I've ever been to in my life. I went to San Dimas Dental Office to get some cavities filled. The first thing that concerned me was that they were dishonest about the pricing. They told me I needed to get fillings and offered me the most expensive fillings they have. They did not show me a list of options with pricing until I told them that I would not be able to get the fillings because they were each supposed to be $1000 each. Eventually, I went in to get the work done on my mouth and I figured I'd be fine after that. Pros: null Cons: null more

BAD PLACE TO GET DENTAL WORK DONE 10/25/2009

HAD 3 CROWNS AND 2 VANEERS DONE ONE OF THE VANEERS CRACKED AND HAD A HAIR LINE RUNNING DOWN THE MIDDLE WENT TO ASK THEM IF THEY COULD FIX IT AFTER TWO MONTHS THEY HAD DONE THE WORK AND THEY SAID THAT IT WAS MY FAULT AND DID NOT OFFER TO FIX IT ABOUT THE ONE OF THE CROWNS IT CHIPPED AND THE CROWN FELL OFF I THINK IT WAS THE MATERIAL THEY USED. IT WAS NOT CHEAP I PAID $5000 AND I SHOULD GET SOME GUARENTEE Cons: BAD DENTAL WORK more

Don't go here! 4/18/2008

OMG! Don't ever go to this office. They are never on time with the scheduled appts. I went there thinking I would be seen on time and waited for nearly over an hour. Horrible, horrible service!! Pros: Close to shops...you can walk around while you wait 3 hours Cons: Ugghhh.... more

Worst dental office ever!! 4/17/2008

I guess it should have been a sign when I went in the first time for my 2:00 pm appointment and waited for 5 hours before anyone got to me. To compensate...I got a toothbrush...whoopee. Their excuse was that it was a busy day...why bother scheduling a time when you're going to be that late!! Pros: some staff members were pleasant Cons: too many to list... more
