I would like to thank Movers in San Bernardino for our recent relocation project which involved a large move from the home we lived in for over 30 years. We reserved our move in advance and were told that our load dates were to be January 20th or the 21st with a strong preference on the 20th for packing and the 21st for loading. The crew called us on the 18th and informed us in fact that they would be in the area a day earlier than scheduled and would like to begin packing on the 19th if possible. We agreed and they showed up at 7am on the morning of the 19th to begin packing our home up. The driver and crew (4 total people) were absolutely excellent in packing and finished at 6:30 pm. They proceeded to load our belongings on the tractor the following morning and after signing last minute paperwork were on their way. We were told that delivery would be on or around the 27th due to the distance and the fact that they had another delivery and pick up along the route but they would call us when they were a day out. We received that call on the 25th and were actually delivered on the 26th. The unloading process was seamless and the guys again (only 3 of the men were there to unload) were excellent. We would like to thank them again for all of their hard work, professionalism, and efforts that went into making our second move in 40 years one that we would certainly recommend to others and will refer them to others in the future. more

I highly recommend Movers in San Bernardino. Everything about them is professional and efficient. You tell them an inventory of what you are moving and they give you a price. It's not based on how long it takes, so if you are moving out of the city (as I was) and the movers get stuck in traffic (they did), there's no need to worry. No extra costs. They email you a contract to sign so there are no surprises and then ask you to reconfirm with their dispatch department one day prior the move. I was happily surprised to receive a phone call on Saturday to confirm again the details of my move the next day. There was no doubt that movers were going to show up as promised. The moving crew was great. They were fast but careful. Moving is stressful but this moving company made it painless. more

The estimator arrived on time and made list of items and gave me fair price, all details about upcoming move. I decided to use them for relocation. Movers arrived on time, they wrapped all furniture with pads, mattresses with plastic covers. And I had all my boxes all packed and ready to go. Move was done within 4 hours (wrapping, loading the truck). Crew was fast and professional. Delivery was very easy and smooth. They put 2 Queen size beds together and my office desk. Movers in San Bernardino made moving as good an experience as it can be. Arrangements were easy to make and they were on schedule. The packing and moving crews were as friendly, cheerful, and efficient at 7pm as they were at 8am, after a long day. Very reasonable pricing, nothing broken or damaged. We originally thought a few things were missing and Paul (front office)told us he would take care of them. Items were found, but at least we knew a loss would be handled. I wanted to thank Movers in San Bernardino for a honest and quick move. They informed me of everything that would be included in my move and informed me of every extra charge that could come my way. No other mover informed me of so many things during our conversations. If it wasn't for Danielle informing me of semi trailer access I would have been blind sided at my delivery with a $400-500 shuttle charge. Danielle was the first to inform me of these charges so I was well aware of what I was going to pay with no suprises (and there was none). Everyone I spoke to at the office was always helpful and the movers hardworking. I received my stuff all in one pieces, so thats always good! Doug was fabulous. He picked up our baby room furniture and delivered/assembled it with care. He was very knowledgeable and had no problems with my million questions. His team was well versed and careful in moving all the various pieces. Doug showed me how to move the mattress up and down on the crib, which had been a concern for me and showed me various aspects of the pieces we'd purchased. I think I got pretty lucky with these guys. I was doing a local move and had an emergency come up that required me to postpone my move on rather short notice. The man I spoke with, Willy, was very accommodating and I was able to reschedule for the new date I needed without any problem. The two men that showed up to move me were both very courteous and professional and in uniform. I felt they were reasonably careful with my furniture and kept up a good pace. Considering that I was moving to an upstairs apartment and it was about 25 degrees outside and snowing, I don't think they could have gone any quicker. I was very pleased with the results and my bill. more
