The food was decent. However, the staff isn't knowledgable about GrubHub's electronic ordering process and attempted to double charge for our order. My son had to wait while they validated with their manager. Management should address this with alacrity as it damages their brand and service reputation.
And we had to pick up our delivery order because the driver was out that day. I'm more understanding of the latter as staffing is difficult to manage in a small business and unforeseen events occur.
While there was no fault on their part, GrubHub did provide a voucher for our inconvenience. I thought this was a smart way to encourage continued use of the service and has increased my customer loyalty.
