Be Careful 3/23/2009

Sammamish HVAC came out to service my furnace and told me I had a cracked heat exchanger and the best course of action was replacement. I told him I would be getting a second opinion which made him angry. Two opinions later I find out I do not have a cracked heat exchanger. For 8 months I have been receiving letters and calls from this guy and now I received a letter from the city telling me he filed a complaint stating my furnace was not permitted when it was installed. WOW! Be Cautious. more

Reliable, prompt, and friendly 7/9/2008

I have been a customer of Sammamish Heating & Cooling for almost 15 years and am always pleased with the recommendations and service that Perry provides. Not only does he do great work, he always has my interests in mind - never selling me more than I need. All that, and he's got to be the friendliest person I have ever done business with. I could not recommend a person or business more highly. more

Reliable, detailed. 10/16/2007

Showed up as scheduled. Prompt in returning phone calls. ""Perry"" seemed friendly, professional and focused. Knowledgeable about his work, and specializes in his field. Cleaned dust and debris thoroughly. Did the job well, and explained what he found and fixed. Will use his services again. We live in Maltby area, and more than several of us use his services here, and recommend him as well. Pros: Friendly, honest, detailed, and knowledgeable. Cons: None. more
