Honest. 6/3/2011

I've had the fortune or misfortune to work with this company many times over the past few years. By misfortune I mean that I wasn't thrilled when my furnace went out and I had to replace it. I called SameDay on a Sunday and by the time I got home from work on Monday I had a new furnace. They were fast, friendly, efficient and most of all they worked with me and my schedule. They were understanding when I was less than nice. Buying a new furnace isn't fun, however, SameDay made the process painless and I didn't feel like I was taken to the cleaners. I'll surely call them, and have, for any of my HVAC needs. Call this company. You won't be disappointed. more

Wow! 6/3/2011

Last week I called this company to come out and fix my furnace...I know...I know...it's June. What the heck? Regardless, I was freezing and my furnace decided to blow out cold air rather than the warm air that I've learned to appreciate when the furnace is on and it's freezing outside. SameDay came and WITHOUT a lecture they told me that it was my lack of replacing the filters that caused my furnace stop working. 1-change your furnace filter-it's important. 2-If you have an issue with your HVAC call them. I promise you won't be disappointed. I've done business with this company for over 5 years and I'm always impressed. more
