Thomas Terry was the upmost professional Technician I have ever encountered in the 43 years I have lived in my home. He is not only top notch in his knowledge of trouble shooting my AC Unit, but most importantly; he was personable, caring, and understanding of my needs. He is an asset to your company hands down. Good service 7/19/2019

Overall service was good. Thomas was very professional and friendly and did a great job. The company called several times to set up an estimated time. They were about 2 hours later than expected. they guestimated around noon and he didn't come until about 2:45. Cost of the replacement capacitor seemed high, but maybe that's the going rate? Thomas also gave us good information. more

Chris Hazelton was amazing. He not only took care of my situation, however just as important, Chris also educated me on my system, how to keep it clean, what to look for, and because of his service I also enrolled in the protection program Same Day offers. If the rest of the employees are as cordial and personal and informative as Chris is, I can understand why Same Day is a top rated company. I am looking forward to being serviced by Same Day in the future. Keep up the great work. more

George knocked on my front door at 8:00 am. On time and professional. He explained what he was going to do then proceeded to do it. He answered all my questions and educated me about my AC system. He reviewed the service and offered recommendations and ideas about future service. 5 stars and a request George's return for future work. more

Great guy! 7/4/2019

Eli came out to give me an estimate on another 220-240v outlet in my kitchen. He was super up front about the estimate and I was surprised that he could get started right away. Same day isn’t just an empty title..a little while later I had a brand new outlet with the proper breakers installed and new conduit too! I recommend him highly! more

Trying to recover from a flood and needed electrical work done fast! Luke came out and completely blew us away with his professionalism and thoroughness. He had our kitchen completely working -- new wiring, appliance install, and all -- in no time at all, then took a look at the other wiring to see if there were any other issues. Through all the work, he kept us informed of what he was finding and doing and made my family feel completely at ease with him and Sameday. Big thumbs up and we will be calling on Luke again! more
