This store is terrible. I was going to buy two guitars there but their rudeness made me think otherwise. Buy your instruments elsewhere. this store is crap. more

Everytime I call them, they just hangup on me. Also sometimes the sales person will go on lunch without telling you and then you will stand there for 20 minutes trying to buy a guitar and noone will help you untill finally after someone in another department is FINALLY free they tell you that the salesperson you need went on lunch and wont be back till forever. Dont businesses make more money when they actually try ? more

samashed and broken 6/5/2011

While I'd once thought at one point (now you'd have to have me gunpoint to go again) that this was a real music store, my experiences over the years at this location have taught me otherwise. If you just want some drumsticks or sheet music and don't mind a bit of rudeness you'll be ok, I suppose. Just don't let them shanghai you into making a purchase of anything that is not constructed of one solid piece... you know: that has parts... because chances are rather slim you'll abscond with something that's not broken, hasn't been repackaged or been dropped (or maybe thrown?) down a flight or two of stairs or something like that. I have witnessed salespeople fumbling with equipment and dropping it, picking it up and placing it at the register several times since my ill-fated purchase. Once I bought a keyboard that was in smithereens when i opened it at home. The replacement took around two and a half months and endless hassles and when it finally showed up it, too was samashed into a couple of chunks with some pieces actually missing!!! What proof could I offer you of this fact now? How could I verify for anyone reading this that I am telling the truth? See for yourself, I guess, and visit the place. See how the salespeople kind of slither away from you as you approach, as if ashamed. Beware.... there are only one or two people in the place (and never at once) that know anything at all about the merchandise they're hired to sell you (neither of which is the store manager) so be prepared with a few grains of salt for what you'll hear. Once again: sheet music or drumsticks (or maybe fried chicken?). Anything else and you'll be sorry. Go for a laugh if you must, just don't be a fool and take out your wallet. Go someplace else to shop. You have been warned! more
