I have been to this store on several occasions and leave fuming every time. The concept of the store is a good idea and I agree that the expensive designer merchandise in a ""boutique"" Salvation Army should be priced slightly higher than a regular SA. With that said.. .I'm not sure what idiot has allowed the pricing in this store. One way or another these pieces are USED. So to find a Dolce & Gabbana skirt suit (that is a few years old) being sold in used condition for $800.00 - I come a bit unglued! There were numerous pieces priced in the hundreds when it should have been in the tens. This suit was also not a rarity in this store. They had plenty of designer merchandise however when a vintage (meaning older than dirt!) St. John plain tank top is priced at $80 there is an issue with pricing. Used shoes are another issue at this location.. used Salvatore Ferragamo shoes from the 80's priced at $100 is obscene. I also found a pair of men's Johnston and Murphy very used loafers for $60 as well as a pair of ladies used Merril sandals for $16 (which you can find new at TJ Maxx for less). I can honestly go on and on an on about how over priced this store is. \r

I get that this is a charity store; however this is simply greed that is driving a thrift store to price in this manner. One way or the other this is a thrift store and it is selling used (and not gently) clothing - know your role.
