I've eaten dinner at salsa's many times - each time waiting anywhere from 2 minutes to an hour - but it's ALWAYS been worth the wait. Start with their house margarita - fresh citrus blend of flavors, not sickenly sweet, way too easy to gulp down. I have rarely eaten off of their regular menu - they have a Fabulous and extensive list of specials that have alway been fabulous. We recently had an empanada filled with perfectly cooked lamb, complex and delicious curry and spicy flavor. A mahi mahi special was perfectly cooked with a delicious mango salsa. Appetizers are also good - a regular item we often get are spliff rolls - crispy shell filled with crab. I have never had dessert here, don't even know if they offer it. The ambience is bright, colorful, loud, and fun. The service is good, though sometimes a bit harried. On a busy night, you can wait a while for food.
Pros: Fusion food
Cons: BUSY on the weekends - can be a long wait
