I am new to the area and I found the salon by accident but it was a god send. I have never had so many compliments on my hair ever !!!

Worst

I've been to this huge salon on numerous occasions and have seen different stylists, all being fairly competent. The shampoo room on the other hand is unprofessional and DISGUS...

Starting going to the Salon about a year ago, Just getting my hair cut by Vickie, now I go for everything, Bobby does my color now and people ask me what I have had done, because They say I look younger, I tell all my friends that there is nothing they can not do. lol Pros: loved everthing Cons: no credit cards more

If you want class,well this is it. I have been to many salons over the years,both for color and styling and have yet to find better talent than LeToile (especially Marylou and Michelle). I have enjoyed many of the stylists at LeToile but these two are really exceptional. Pros: marylou and michelle more

Take some constructive criticism! 1/14/2007

To the owner/manager who keeps copying/pasting the same exact rebuttle to the negative reviews, perhaps you should not be so defensive and DO something about the state of your salon. I haven't been to l'Etoile in over a year, but from years and years of close personal experience and repeated visits, I know that most of these reviews are indeed correct. The atmosphere is not at all welcoming or friendly. The wait times are horrendous. The front desk staff is snotty and arrogant. The place reeks of gossip. Nobody seems to be having a good time working there. Pros: Nice location, array of services. Cons: Stinky gossip smell, management attitude problem. more

Ask for Mercedes! 1/13/2007

Both my sister and I have had a great manicure / pedicure experience with Mercedes. The massage you receive during your pedicure is the best! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Pros: Lost lasting manicure / pedicure more

I could not agree more this place just doesn't get it!!!! 12/23/2006

After starting and stopping (several times) with LeToile,due mainly to unprofessional treatment by the front desk staff,the waiting times, and the UNBELIEVEABLE CONSTANT NOISE,I finally found a delightful salon within a close proximity to my home that understand how to cater to clients and to provide them with a very PEACEFUL AND PROFESSIONAL salon experience. I cannot undersatnd nor can I believe that the owners of Letoile do not accept the constant criticism from numerous clients about the horrible nosie and the waiting and waiting. Noisy and quite disturbing 12/22/2006

I took my mother to LeToile ,shortly after she arrived from Florida this past week, for styling and some color. Well all I have heard from Mom is that Letoile was so noisy and that the blaring pop music and constant front desk paging left her with a terrible headache. Although she enjoyed the styling she said NEVER AGAIN, as she is used to quiet and serene salons in Naples. This is really a very big mistake on this salon's part not to provide a relaxing experience. When I picked her up and had to wait for her in the hallway all I heard was the continual calls for their staff over thier loudspeakers. I too would not return here because of this. Finally Letoile has revamped themselves 12/20/2006

Thank god! I was going to go to another Salon due to the constant rock music and never ending nosie,but now it seems as though they understand and yesterday I had a quiet and rather peaceful styling. Best Manicure and Pedicure 12/9/2006

Mercedes absolutely gives the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. She is so attentive to her customers. Not only do you get a great manicure and pedicure, but you also get hot tea and she will clean your rings for you! Mercedes is very personable and truly interested in her customers. I highly recommend her! I also get my hair cut and colored by Ashley and I get my eyebrows done by Lori. Both are also terrific and I highly recommend them as well. This is truly a first class operation. It has great parking,great and talented staff and the place even has an outdoor garden area! I adored Michelle and I will return often. I highly recommend Michelle and for nails Zoya was excellent. more

This is the last time for me 12/7/2006

Well what can be said? This salon has deteriorated into an awful factory of lousy stylists,bad service and I can't express my frustration with the constant waiting for appointments. I told them I had a wedding to attend and needed tom be taken on time ,but I should have learned my lesson. I was kept waiting, having to sit in this crowded and unpleasant salon once again. I agree with the other reviewer this has become like going to Wal-Mart-except that Wal Mart,except Wal Mart at least gets you what they promise! Cons: Crowded,rude and unpleasant more

Best Salon anywhere 12/6/2006

I just had to write this, after reading some of these reviews on here. I am a high maintenance woman ( well my husband says ) and I go to Salon Letoile every week. Salon letoile has some of the best people I have ever come across in all the years I been having my hair and nails done. The people that work there go the extra mile all the time for their client's, and make you feel like family. What more could you want ! Pros: Best Salon more

Long waits and disturbing Noise 11/22/2006

I also read some of the reviews,unfortunately after my services. I find it rather strange that the previous reviewer did not mind the constant noise and long waits???The place is just ok, the stylist was nice,but the unending wait for our appoitnemtns coupled with the constant blare of the paging mnade us very uncomfortable. I would return if they can get their act together. The wait was very unbprofessional and when I made the appointments I asked if we would be taken on time as we had an affair to attend. The desk staff was cold and kept telling me to just ""go sit down and you'll have to wait your turn""!! Cons: long waits,no credit cards and constant blaring from their pagers more

Very Friendly 11/18/2006

I made an appointment with L'Etoile after reading the reviews here. When I called the staff was very friendly and talked with me about my hair before they scheduled me with someone, and they were able to get me in quickly. I highly recommend Melissa - I have curly hair and she knew exactly how to cut it so that I could create what she did at home. It's been a week and I still love the cut! BTW, not sure what all the reviews are about the noise - but it wasn't loud at all and I enjoyed my experience. Pros: Friendly, Clean, Prompt Cons: No Credit Cards more

Zina is good but the Salon is not for me 10/20/2006

Zina's work was quite nice and she seemed very good.But, the entire atmosphere of this salon was not comforting. I prefer a more tranquil salon where clients can talk and have somethinbg to eat. Pros: Zina Cons: Not a relaxing place and no credit cards? more
