Review content:
To the owner/manager who keeps copying/pasting the same exact rebuttle to the negative reviews, perhaps you should not be so defensive and DO something about the state of your salon. I haven't been to l'Etoile in over a year, but from years and years of close personal experience and repeated visits, I know that most of these reviews are indeed correct. The atmosphere is not at all welcoming or friendly. The wait times are horrendous. The front desk staff is snotty and arrogant. The place reeks of gossip. Nobody seems to be having a good time working there.
Pros: Nice location, array of services.
Cons: Stinky gossip smell, management attitude problem.
