Truly Great Service 12/24/2011

After I arrived 30 minutes late...because I thought my appointment was at 4:30 when I had actually made it for 4 PM, the staff as Salon Venessa poured me a glass of wine and told me they would figure it out. Within the hour, they were able to work me in to get the haircut that I really needed. Thank you to Venessa and Denise....who always provide the top service in the industry. more

Melissa is great. Not only is she good at what she does, she is sweet, funny, and makes the entire visit a wonderful experience. The overall staff is also friendly--they call me by name and always make me feel welcome. more

Brittany is always On Point! 12/21/2011

I've been coming to Salon and Spa Vanessa for a couple of years now and since I started seeing Brittany, my hair has always been fabulous. Every time I see her, I simply say "do what you want, just make me look good." She delivers every time. I have curly hair and a very round face which isn't always easy to work with. She has NEVER given me an unflattering or awkward cut. The receptionists are also ALWAYS friendly...which is refreshing. I am on a limited budget...and although there are less expensive places to get my hair styled, I know that I will always get the most out of my money from Salon and Spa Vanessa. Brittany should get a raise :) Merry Christmas! more

While getting waxed is never on the top ten list of favorite things to do, visiting with Amy is!! She is so fantastic at what she does that her personality makes you look forward to the 'dreaded' visit. I try to coordinate that appointment with getting my hair done. Dawn is an exceptional stylist that makes my hair look awesome - even after I get home and the styling is left to me....she is a genius! Spa Venessa must have the highest standards when seeking talent as they certainly seem to get the very best! more

Natasha was wonderful! I went in with severe neck pain and left relieved. I've been receiving massages for twenty years and never felt so good. Additionally, the facility is so peaceful and welcoming. It is my favorite get away place. more

Dawn was awesome 12/16/2011

I have seen dawn for yrs. At the time I came in to get a hair cut four weeks ago, she wasnt available and I was on a tight schedue, so I scheduled with someone else for a cut and Dawn did my color. Unfortunatly the cut was not good at all. I called to see if the salon could help. They got me in right away with dawm. As soon as she saw my cut, she identified the problems and helped me correct it as best we could. I was really happy with the results. I have to wait for most of it to grow in but she was able to leave me with something more suitable. more

Dawn is such a lovely person. She's so much fun to chat with. She does a great job on my hair. The first time in the 6 years since I've been in GA that I found someone who does my hair the way I like it. The staff is very friendly, and it's always such a nice experience when I come. Waxing - best wax EVER! 12/7/2011

I've been to Andrea several times, and just cannot believe the difference in the pain level compared to other places I've been. All brazilians hurt at least a little, but something about Andrea's techniques minimizes the pain almost completely, and are totally different from anywhere else I've been. She's super sweet, professional, and will make you feel really comfortable too. I've been probably to 20 other places prior, and I will NEVER switch from Andrea. I also have been seeing Denise for my haircuts the last few months, and really like her. She really listens, and doesn't start just 'doing her own thing'. Everytime I go, I can tell I got a really good quality cut, and that she knows what she's doing. I've paid $150 to have my hair cut for years (yes, just cut), and Denise offers the same exact quality for less than 1/2 the price. more

I absolutely love walking in the front door. The fragrance in the area is so refreshing! The assistants are all so cheery and most helpful.....wish every other business would take a lesson :-) Thanks for taking such great care of me over the years! more
