I had many Bad Hair Days until I found kristina 2 years ago. Her confidence and expertise show through the moment you meet her. I can always relax, laugh, cry and be myself because I know Kristina is genuine, kind, smart, humorous and always fresh and on trend with style. I enjoy hearing about a new class she has taken to keep herself a cut above the rest. My hair is my best feature and kristina knows and respects that. Excellent salon! Kristina did an exceptional job with coloring and cutting my hair! She is always warm, friendly and on time. Kristina will also work with you on finding a style and color that is right for you. I mentioned once that I liked my hair blown out with alot of volume - and she remembered this comment and goes out of her way to style my hair exactly as i mentioned! Carol was very friendly, professional and helpful. Lauren, the receptionist, was welcoming, attentive and efficient. I have been having Kristina cut my hairs for years. She is an excellent stylist! She always knows exactly what I want and what looks best on me. My hair always looks great! In addition to a great cut, she also does great color and highlights. She is always on time when you have an appointment, which is a real treat in this busy world. She's the best! Not only does she know how to cut hair, highlight, and do a KILLER blow out...she bends over backwards to make you feel like you're in good hands! I always make my appointments at 7:30 (so nice to find a place and a stylist so accomadating)...so that I'm her last appointment, and we can laugh and hang out while she "GLAMS" me up! I went to a salon I thought to be reputable . I paid $320.00 for a treatment guaranteed to smooth the hair and eliminate frizz – it did the exact opposite and striped the color out of my hair. I went back to the salon to ask for a refund – I didn’t want to take the chance and let them do anything else. The owner would not stand behind her work or the product. Can you help me? I had my hair cut with Leslie Marie, and she was phenomenal! She listened to what I wanted done, and delivered in such an amazing manor. Entertaining, and can cut, all in one package! The staff all seemed really laid back and were all very helpful friendly with each other also. The shampoo Assistant, Carol, gives a phenomenal shampoo! I wanted to take her home with me! Hehehe I would highly recommend Leslie Marie to anyone who wants a very fashion forward hair cut, or a very simplistic hair cut, as I feel more then confident in her work. The best part, it's right near rt. 202, near QVC, so you don't have to deal with downtown West Chester traffic, and it's right off the highway! I recently went in and saw Chad. He did an amazing job with my color! I brought in a picture, and after we discussed what I like about the picture, he made me feel confident in our choices, and delivered on point! All of the staff there was very lovely when in the same area as me. I felt a little uncomfortable with the high volume of older generation (65+) during the day, as I'm only in my mid 20's, so I'm going to try an evening appointment the next time I go back to Chad! Pros: Creative, mindful, good location, plenty of parking more
