I found Ken on City Search and he has turned out to be fabulous. He is very professional, but fun to talk to and a wealth of information. They have remodeled the shop, which is in a cute little house on Roswell Rd. It is bright, cheery and comfortable. They also do facails and waxing. Pros: Ken is the best Cons: Sign is a little hard to see more

I can highly recommend Salon Olivia Todd to anyone for terrific hairstyling. All the stylists are great -- and I particularly recommend Ken Nestico. He has topnotch skills with color, haircuts, and more. His manner is warm yet also very professional. He listens to what the client wants and always strives to please. I was excited to find Salon Olivia Todd. It is not only convenient, on Roswell Rd. near Chastain Square Shopping Center, but just across the sreet from me. It has a delightful atmosphere and cozy living room with comfortable seating and magazines. The prices are very reasonable.\r \r I'm particularly happy with Ken Nestico, the best hairdresser in town. Nobody cuts hair and styles as well as Ken does. He is not only especially talented, but takes the time to isten to you and goes out of his way to please you. Carin gave me the best haircut and color that I have ever had. It was the first time that I have ever been given what I asked for and I am about to have my 58th birthday. Without fail, my friends and family thought that it made me look at least 10 years younger. I have been seeing Amanda for several months, and I have to say, I have been nothing but thrilled. Early last year, a stylist from another salon (a supposed reputable upscale one) totally ruined my hair. I went to three other stylists and could not find anyone who understood what I was trying to do to fix my hair. I finally started coloring my own hair, which was financially helpful but a total pain, and I found that the color just doesn't last. A friend I work with kept telling me all along to see her friend Amanda at Olivia Todd. Amanda was so adorable and helpful. She was very attentive and listened carefully, and repeated back to me what I wanted so that she clearly understood. The first visit I only had her cut my hair, just to test her out. I was so impressed that I've been having her color my hair ever since. She's very good at looking at your style and personality to help come up with creative color that enhances the hairstyle. She has the ability to do a full range of styles from conservative to cutting edge. I'd also like to add that I'm in the industry (I am an Esthetician at a medical spa), and I was very impressed not only with her skills, but her personality and client interaction. Everyone else at Olivia Todd who works there is extremely friendly and professional. I like going there because it's a stylish fun salon without the uppity attitude that you get in some of the high end salons in Atlanta. Go to Olivia Todd...you won't regret it! more

I recently visited Salon Olivia Todd, which a friend had recomended me to. She said I HAD to go see Michele, that she was brilliant. I have really difficult hair, theres SO much of it its half curl half straight and out of contol... basicly a lost cause. When I arived at the salon I was so impressed with everyone one, from the reseptionist to the assistant, and especailly Michele. Everyone seemd super excited to have me there, which was VERY new expierce for me. When I sat down with Michle to talk about my haircut she went itto detial of why I was having probl;ems styling my hair. It was crazy she broke it down to the bonds and all sorts of really inticite things that I had NO idea went into hair. Michele first gave me the best scalp massage of my life, then an even better hair cut that she did wet AND dry. Plus she told me how to style it and showed me which products to use and why. When I left I really felt like she cared about how my hair looked and really put effort into making sure I could make it look as good as she did at home. And let me tell you I can finally make my hair look awesome!!!!!!!!! Pros: Super sweet people, amazing abilities, just all around fantastic! I loved the work they did for me here. When I went in I had not gotten a professional hair cut for some time but i was ready for a change and some style. I am very low maintence and don't do much more than wash my hair and leave in the morning. When i got in I described what I wanted, something easy with style. Carin gave me the best hair cut of my life. She did a great job incorporating what I wanted without going overboard while including her own thoughts into the style. One of the best things about the hair cut was that Carin did not over-style me when I was finished, she showed me how to make my hair look great without a lot of extra work. i love my hair now and I get complements ALL of the time. When I first moved to Atlanta three years, I was desperate to find a good salon. I tried several salons before trying Olivia Todd. Many made me feel unwelcome or that they didn't want my busines...I have thick, wavy and unruly hair. \r \r Carin does such a great job. She always takes time to understand my needs. I have never been happier with my hair style and cut. The staff always makes me feel welcome and their flexability with my schedule is great. I have had a two great two years at Olivia Todd, but after going to this salon for a year, I had to try a new stylist because mine moved - what a bummer! But the front desk staff consulted with me based on my hair type and the services I needed. The salon keeps all of the color records on file, so the transition was flawless! It's always a little scary to trust another new stylist to ""get it right"" - but Bryan did. I have always enjoyed going into the salon to get my hair done - atmosphere is nice, not stuck up or Buckheadish. All of the styists are nice. Everyone is helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. they also offer make-up services - which totally saved me for two weddings I had to go to! So although I am sad to loose my former stylist, I am def. looking forward to seeing Bryan again! Pros: Everything... plus I could get a color appt. late evening and Saturday! Cons: nothing more

My friend Johanna's hair always looks so blond and naturally blond so she pointed me to Lana at Olivia Todd. I tried her out about 4 months ago and after 2 visits I love the way she makes my hair look. My hair looks better than it has in a long time and a lot more healthy. I have been to Jame previously and I will keep going back because he does such a wonderful job with my hair. I get highlights every 7-8 weeks and he continues to give me what I want. I know he is new to this salon but if you want someone who really knows about color and cut then PLEASE go to Jame. He is very friendly and really listens to what you want. He aims to please. Finally a salon that combines quality service, excellent products and the perfect atmosphere! I have been to Olivia Todd five times, and have been waiting for a chance to write my review - I love the salon! Always a blast, the stories are always funny, the service always top notch, and never that ""snooty"" attitude! I am always treated with respect and Carin listens to me when I explain what I want to do this month. \r Plenty to do in the plaza, loved shopping at Loehmann's when I was done. \r I love the fact that the ""owner"" is as down to earth as her stylists are, and everyone in there seems to truely get along and like working together. I had the best time getting my hair done at Olivia Todd. I got amazing hair color and cut by Amanda and then felt like a celebrity when I left and couldn't wait to show myself off to my friends! I was truely pampered and actually had such a fun time as well. I can't wait to go back and come up with another exciting way to do my hair. I love my experiences at Olivia Todd......the staff there is absoutely wonderful; they are very attentive and extremely vivacious!!!
