I have been going here for 3 years. I've had plenty of hair stylists over the years but Salon Moraee is one of the best in the city. Minimal wait times, fair pricing. Love this place! more

I was there last week, beautiful  salon in great location. I went for color and cut, and it was the best haircut i had for long time! I was a bit afraid in the beginning but thanks to everyone at salon moraee and professionally  it was wonderful experience. more

We all love to be pampered and getting a haircut is pretty high up on my pamper list. Salon Moraee goes ABOVE AND BEYOND.   I was greeted with smiles by their friendly and social staff.   While I waited (because I got there early) they offered me water.. and even a glass of WINE!  It's trendy and very classy inside. Kendall was my hairstylist and to say that I loved him.. would be an understatement.  He is truly a professional and LISTENS to what you want while giving his experienced opinion to make sure you are happy with the end result.  Not to m ention, his so nice!  And he will have the best conversations with you while he is doing your hair.   I recommend this place, especially Salon Moraee, to anyone!  I'll definitely be coming back here. more

I'm super selfish with reviews when it comes to hairstylists....why? Because when I find a good one I want to keep the secret to myself!!! Well I'm spreading the love now. Last month I had a haircut with Alesyah and it was great. The entire experience, from the phone call to make the appointment through me walking out the door post-cut, was incredible. When I called in for an appointment the receptionist thoroughly explained the menu of services and the tiers of their stylists as well as the fact that they don't pass you off from one person to another meaning, the stylist will also wash your hair. Very impressive and it was nice that they took the time to bring a new client up to speed with their services. The salon is beautiful! so much natural lighting. Amazing ambience. The shampoo stations are incredibly comfortable. It's not a chair...it's more of a lay down on this soft padded table and all you have to do is roll your head from one side to the other (none of that lift your head from one awkward position into another!). Best shampoo setup ever!!!! Alesyah was super sweet and we chatted the entire time. Super friendly and had some great suggestions for my longer hairstyle. After she was done with the cut and style I changed my mind and wanted my side-swept bangs a little shorter and she was happy to accommodate the change. Couldn't ask for a better experience, plus this place is super close! more

I have been debatably blonde forever, and it was time to commit. At some great recommendations, I decided to go see Crystal @ Moraee since she apparently does the "best blondes." she really does. she wove pretty highlights through my hair that look natural, subtle but decidedly blonde, no more light brown kinda sorta dirty blondish for this girl. After she finished my highlights she put me under the dryer for 20 minutes, checked me and gave me an amaaazing hair wash, massaging my head thoroughly for the shampoo, toner, and conditioner. Mmm. and refreshments ..love it my colour looks perfect, I will definitely be back. Thanks for leading me to my new colourist! more

I hate to do this Because I spent 2 hours online reviewing Salons and this one was the "best!" Everyone raved about the salon. I am sure many people did get great results, and that's great for them. However, I am here to tell you about my personal experience... First of all the unprofessionalism I witnessed was bewildering. My appointment was for 10AM which I had scheduled 3 WEEKS prior!!!! When I got there... I waited and waited... I had some work to catch up on on my laptop so I didn't realize how much time had passed. after 45 minutes I asked the receptionist to call the stylist to see what the heck was going on. She said she was on her way so although I was steamed, I really needed my hair done and I was looking forward to the whole experience. I waited an HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES. I was so upset, I didn't know what to say. When she finally got there she didn't even greet me or appologize. She just asked the other stylist to take care of me. I wanted to go off but I was really sweet about it and simply went to her to ask what had happened since it was apparent she wsn't going to even acknowledge me. She simply said she didn't see my appointment in her calendar, so someone must have messed up.. WTF??? IS THAT ACCEPTABLE TO ANYONE ELSE???? Long story short I got my hair done by the other stylist who seemed knowlegable and gave me a cut and Silken. That Burned like HELL. I kept letting her know it was burning, but she said perhaps it was the steam and continued on. 2 days later, I was feeling through my head and noticed horrible raised boil like scabs in my scalp. My skin was burned and my hair infused with my scalp. It brought tears to my eyes as I felt the same on the other side, at lease 2 inches in length. I cried because once the scalp is burned, usually the hair doesn't grow back in that area because it is damaged.... I have had it !!! i just can't win... I tried really hard this time, but I am so tired of the ghetto, unprofessional, low standards and lack of quality. People always want to blame economy! more

I have been searching for a new salon and after reading tons of reviews on Alisia and Salon Moraee I decided to give them a try. I am really glad I did because Alisia did the best job on my hair that I've had done since living in Atlanta for 5 years. To top things off, she was done in an hour!!! I am so glad I ignored the negative reviews for my sake. Please give them a shot!!!!!!!! more
