I followed my long time stylist Beth Reigler to Salon Freda. What a nicer, non chaotic, relaxing place to visit. The salon's decor is beautiful, Beth's new co-workers appear to be talanted and nice. and the welcoming owner even offered to give all of Beth's clients a free brow waxing. I'm very happy! more

I have lived in Northville for close to 20 years, and lets face it , everyone in the area knows of the good salons in the Novi / Northville area. Over the course of 20 years , I've tried the bettter known salons and I've been to Blush boutique several times and enjoyed their facials and items that they carry in their store. So I though I would give Freda Salon a try as I beleive in supporting anyone who tries to start a business and especially a fellow female. I went and I did love how they designed the place, I know that any start up business is gonna take time to grow, but this place was very dead, I was the only person in the salon on a Saturday, which made me feel umcomfortable. No one was at the front desk when I walked in to greet me. As dead as it was, my appointment tiem was for 11 and I arrived on time and I was told that the stylist Tina was gonna be 20 minutes late as she was running behind. I didn't understand that at all, but ok, I waited and it was not worth the wait at all, I was very dissapointed in the end result . I do not recommend this salon at all, they have a far way to go , it was a terrible salon experience. Instead of looking on ways to improve her businessm the owner will just call and complain to CitySearch to have any review that she does not agree with , taken down as I noticed the other negative reviews taken down about Freda Salon. Some people just cant look in the mirror and feel good about themselves. more

Sammy's blown my hair out and styled it several times a week for 2 years now. She's very good infact I am complimented all the time on my hair. Freda's an exceptional makeup artist who's done my makeup for several photo shoots. Fall back haters! more

The Salon's owner Freda Ansara has done my eyebrows, and makeup for various modeling shoots for years. I was never really faithfull to one hair salon as sometimes I have a full head of extentions in. That was till I met Sammy who is now with Salon Freda formerly with Tricho. Not only can Sammy provide you with expert color and the best blowouts, but is one of the best in doing extentions, I personally prefer Great Lenghts. She has cut, colored, and styled my hair for years. The salon is top rate and it's owner very picky about who she hires. Go see Sammy today! more

I've been getting my eyebrows done at Faces by Freda fka Blush Boutique for a couple of years and I was so excited to hear that she was opening up a Salon. I was hoping to get the same expertise and professionalism and she certainly didn't let me down. The place is beautiful and welcoming and it couldn't be any more convenient. Freda has attracted the some of the areas top stylists. Each of them can be trusted by anyone walking in off the street. Sammy has personally cut my hair for years and also does many of guy and girl friends. The Salon offers the best products, friendly front desk staff, a hands-on knowlegable owner, unmatched stylist talent, and a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. more

While the salon is brand new, the stylists have been around Novi for a long time. The salon is absolutely beautiful ....very warm and welcoming. While Tina is my fave hairdresser, they are all very talented and do great work. Make an appointment and see for yourself. SO glad they are finally open! more
