My name is Kristin and I took my "Tween" daughter to Salon De Amaz for a back to school TOTAL change in hair and she was scheduled with Jacqui for an inital consultation for her Babe Extensions. Jacqui was personable, friendly, patient and knowledgable answering all of my questions and giving me honest pricing and options of styles. I booked my daughters actual appointment that same visit and she is looking forward to seeing Jacqui again and getting her hair done before school! I also had a 1 hour massage same day with Amy and it was AMAZING!!! You definately have to come here....I never even knew they were right around the corner. It is clean, nicely decorated and everyone is so nice and helpful and friendly! I am planning to make my appointment very soon for a fresh, new look and will definately schedule with Jacqui as well! more

Hi! Well my name is Jessica and I have been going to Salon DeAmaz ....haha since it opened!!! I Have been with Amy for about 10 years and would not let any other place touch my hair or eyebrows !! Trust me when I say I am a crazy client because I change my hair with each month and everyone at this salon will make sure its done healthy. Everyone makes you feel at home and you soon laugh and become a part of the family! Hello, My family just recently moved to the Midlothian area and we have had to find all new professional services from dentists to a hair stylist. We had been going to the same stylist for the past ten years. Both my husband and I travel during the week, so we needed a salon that stayed open later than 6 pm and was open on Saturday's. I checked the internet and looked for a salon that meet our needs and had good reviews. I called on a Saturday morning-desperate for a haircut- I got an appt that day with Christina. I am very picky how my hair is cut. She did an absolute wonderful job. I was so pleased with the haircut that I booked an appt for a partial highlight two weeks later. She did a great job. I highly recommend Christina, she is very professional and takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. She also explains the products that she is using on your hair. I have a very sensitive scalp - so she had a product that was mild and said it would not irritate my scalp. I have had no problems with the products, in fact I have purchased the product to use at home. The salon has a very professional atmosphere and is inviting. We are all busy with work, school and sports - when you make appts in advance the staff will call you the day before to remind you of your appt. What a great service!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommond this salon and Christina as your stylist. My husband (Sarah cut his hair )and my son(Christina cut his hair) both received great cuts. We have been so pleased wih Christina, that we all are booked to return in four weeks. If you are not happy with your current salon and sylist or just moved to town and looking for a friendly, professional salon with highly skilled stylist I highly recommend you try Salon De Amaz.. more

Amy has been cutting my hair for 5 years. Haircuts have been precise and grow out well. When asked, she gives an honest and helpful opinion and regarading the hairstyle and hair color that I'm looking for. The salon has a professional environment with a laid back air to it. Kids are allowed in the salon, unlike some of the more pretentious day spas in this area, and it is a family-friendly environment for them. But what I enjoy most about this salon is watching how women come in with hair issues and come out looking and feeling like a million bucks. I highly recommend this salon! By the way she also cuts my children's hair and does an excellent job. She is fast and patient with the hair cuts...and gives them a sucker afterwards. They all love to see Mrs. Amy when it's time to cut their hair. more

I went into Salon De'Amaz to have a really bad haircut (from another salon) fixed. Amy is completely awesome! I had no idea what style I wanted, just that I wanted my hair to look normal again. I gave her free reign and she did an absolutely incredible job! I can't believe how great my hair looks now. I will never have to look for a new salon/stylist again. Ever since I have been getting my hair cut by Amy I have been getting compliments on how great my hair looks. I have had 4 visits with Amy and I have received more compliments on my hair in the last 4 months than ever before. She just has a way of styling your hair in a way that is perfect for you. You need to make an appointment with Carmela for hair extensions!!! ... I'm 53 years old and had long hair most of my life. My husband talked me into a short haircut. I couldn't wait to grow it back and everyone knows how frustrating it is to grow out lots of layers!!! I started going to Carmela for her fabulous cuts'n'color. During one of my visits, I noticed a flyer about So.Cap. hair extensions. WOW, instant long hair!!! I made the appointment and couldn't have been more thrilled!!! I highly recommended going to Salon De'amaz. Amy has been doing my hair since they opened and I would not go anywhere else. I have 2 other sisters that go to her and they also feel the same way . I sit in her chair and say "OKAY" Amy what do you think you should do and we go with it. We trust and love her. Not only her ,but everyone there. I have been getting my hair done by the salon owner(Amy) since 1999. I have always had a great cut and great color. The salon is very clean and relaxing. I now live in NC and still travel home to VA to get my hair done. I recommend this salon to EVERYONE!
