I have called from all over the world to get my custom mixed hair color formula and make sure that I maintain the color formula that Salon de Cinzia keeps on file. I don't just have a hair color formula on file, I have a perfected process that is customized to my hair. The owner has taken the time to explicitly design a process around me and my hair needs. My roots are attended to, and in the last moments of processing a semi-permanent glaze is added for extra shine. This formula is often reformulated to take into consideration new techniques and seasonal changes. They are continually sharing new techniques and educating me on how to preserve my color and take care of my hair. The stylists work as a team and are some of the most well educated and trained professionals in the industry. The owners rotate the stylists and send them to training centers in New York and Paris. They use German hair color products by Goldwell, which are the best. It is the only salon that I have been to that not only have the same core staff, but that you feel like a part of a family. They have an amazing product lines, they understand what they are selling and offer expert advice.
