After taking a break from Cuvee, I had rec'd a welcome back email, with a $20 off any service, so I made an appt for my 15 yr old daughter and sent her with a check for $50 and since we live in the neighborhood she walked over there, to return aprox 15 min later in tears with a wet head of hair....I returned with her to have it fixed only to be greeted by the stylist with the worst attitude ever, they brought another stylist in to "fix" the problem only to have my daughter loose about 5 inches of her hair with bangs above her eyebrow(did I add she is 15)! The only good thing was her hair wasn't soaking wet! I had requested that the owner call me the following week since it was a Saturday and she was not available....we still have not heard back from her. Such a bummer! more

My facial was very good, enjoyed it tremendously. Heather did a wonderful job. Would like to mention that even though I checked in with the receptionist, she did not let Heather know I was there, Heather was waiting for me, I was waiting for her.... We started 20 minutes late as a result. more

Too much product 1/29/2012

Decent haircut. Stylist listened to my requests re: cut and walked me through the cut. Receptionist was professional and atmosphere was pleasant (although i bit grimy around the baseboards). Styling was another story. A gross amount of product was used (I was not asked if I wanted product or how much I am accustomed to using. I left feeling dirty, with a halo of stiff smelly hair that was reminiscent of the year I lived in Dallas. more

Love My Hair!! 1/20/2012

I had my hair styled by Jaimie and I love it. I went in with an idea of what I wanted my hair to look like and she listened to my thoughts and helped me achieve the look that I was going for. This has been by far the best salon experience that I have had and I will tell everyone about Jaimie and Salon Cuvee! more

Unexpected Relaxation Time 1/7/2012

Walked in after work to spend time with a friend getting her hair done and asked for shampoo/style. Very accommodating and friendly. I was offered a glass of wine which I gladly accepted and was put in the hands of Michael who did a stellar job. A very relaxing experience. When I got home my husband was knocked out, took photo and set as phone wallpaper. One thing I would change is product: the scent left in my hair was unpleasant. Prices are high; promotional offers help. My friend's hair looked beautifu, and she got lots of compliments at work the next day. Nice way to indulge oneself! more

Great, personal salon and service! 1/5/2012

I recently received a gift certificate to Salon Cuvee and decided to be brave and try it out on a haircut to repair a bad haircut I had recently. The front desk staff were very friendly and got me an appointment quickly. They were also very upfront with all costs, times etc - nothing hidden and no surprises. The salon has great decor and was very clean and relaxing. My hairstylist, Niki could not have been better! She listened to me (though I'm sure I rambled and was not altogether clear about where I wanted to go with my cut) and checked before she did anything. I have thick, difficult hair, but she was patient and took her time and didn't charge extra because of the extra work involved. They are nice about telling you about the products that may be helpful without pushing them on you. Can't say enough good things - I will be back! more

Sometimes spas are a bit snobby . Salon Cuvee has a fancy name which is cool, but the staff is very warm and welcoming . The services are top notch , I'm going back! more

Pampering at it's finest 12/29/2011

Most women wouldn't consider a brazilian wax to be anything more than a chore, but Stephanie at Salon Cuvee turned that chore into a pampering moment with easy conversation and a nearly painless brazilian wax. The salon was clean and welcoming and the staff was friendly. I was pulled in here by a Living Social Deal, and have just found my new waxing head quarters! Definitely a place to consider at least trying! (PS- ask about the prices, the prices on the "menu" aren't always accurate and you could wind up with a fantastic deal on your services!) more

Amazing Massage 12/4/2011

Cuvee has a new CMT - Yumi. He is amazing. I haven't had time to get a massage for quite some time so I called to get in and they gave me Yumi. I actually showed up to my appointment with a bit of a headache. By the time I left, my headache was gone ... and I felt great. I highly recommend him! more
