Salon Capellani

I'm the most picky person when it comes to my hair and where I get it done. Salon Capellani gets double kudos from me!!! It's very clean, chic, modern and friendly, I got my hair colored there by Diana. I knew from her consultation that I was in good hands. She was super nice, personable, accurate and seemed very well-informed about her job. Diana listened to all of my wishes for my hair, and gave me exactly what I wanted. ""Great looking healthy hair"". I had a blast at Salon Capellani and will definitely go there again! more

i randomly choose Don for my hairstylist back when he was at a different salon in Lansing. He gave me the best technical haircut i've ever had, and i'd get a number of complements on my haircut daily. Then when he moved to Highland, i started driving out there to see him regularly for my haircut. i've recommended Don to my sister, mom, and a couple of other friends -- all of whom were thrilled by his haircuts. in fact, my sister recently got her haircut by Don and afterwards went to a different salon for color service. the colorist was so impressed by the cut that she offered Don a job based on how well he did my sister's hair! he really is THAT amazing! 5 stars for Don Capellani! more

Finally a good fit for me. Salon's can be so troubling. When i moved to chicago, I had gone through several hair stylists that didn't cut it( no pun intended) - That's just how it goes. The stylists at Salon Capellani are good, they always spend time talking to me about what i'm thinking and they are really knowledgable about their trade. You can't go wrong. more

Salon Capellani Rocks! I've been going to the salon for other services for the last 3 years and had started with a stylist as well. However, I wasn't happy with my original stylist so I stopped going. A few months ago I had an awful experience with a different salon and desperate to fix the cut, I called Salon Capellani and asked for someone who REALLY knew how to cut fine, straight hair. They gave me Diana. She gave me a beautiful cut working with what she had and I had several compliments. This past week I returned for a full haircut and was a bit nervous about the results. Diana rocked! I love my new haircut and have had several compliments again over the last few days. If you're looking for someone who knows hair, texture and how to work with it naturally, Diana is your girl! Thank you!! more

I've never been disappointed by a haircut I've received here. Being a guy, it's difficult to find a stylist who can work with medium length hair and not turn it into short hair. So, having found this place, I've been going here for years and still do despite now living in the Heights area. I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. more

I have gone to many salons but nothing like salon~Capellani. The friendliness of the staff, beautiful decore, and great snacks and drinks makes this place a 10 in my book. My stylist was Don, the owner of the salon. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful when it came to the few questions that i had about my hair and products i was currently using. I swear, it was sad that i had to leave. The whole environment makes you feel right at home and almost like a family. Can't wait for my next appointment! more
