Tarah did my hair at this salon. I read some of the reviews and many of them were great about her. There were only a couple that told the truth. She must write the good reviews herself. I went in to have my hair cut and colored and she didn't listen to what I wanted at all. She cut my hair much shorter than I wanted and colored my hair an awful brassy blonde. I went home and cried. I spoke with a couple of other stylists at the salon and they told me that Tarah often get's these types of reviews. Please, save your hair and don't go to her! I was referred to Tara Dana when I colored my own hair and it came out PURPLE!!! She fixed it and I loved it. I have had it weaved and cut again , by Tara, and I loved it again. I am super picky and usually cry when I go home from a salon. I have been super happy with everything that Tara has done to my hair. Thanks Salon Bliss!!! more

This Salon is amazing! There are so many kind hair stylists, nail technicians, and much more. And if you dislike one of the stylist do not go back to them, it?s a simple situation, there are many other stylist there you can get your hair done by. They also have a wonderful and fun decor, along with a wide variety of things you can shop for, form jewelry, pictures, makeup, and also their new adorable suitcases! And before people want to say bad things about one of the stylists you do not know what any of them go through in their real life. They are extremely kind, as I said. Salon Bliss is the only salon I ever go to, and it will remain that way! And Tarah is an AMAZING stylist as well as Pattie, and Christie, and many MORE!. And also a color is suppose to take at least over 3 hours( plus it includes a style!), and its not always the stylists fault that a color doesn?t turn out great sometimes it can be just because of a small flaw , of a persons decision. The salon has a fun rustic atmosphere with trendy merchandise. I have been seeing Tarah Dana for about a year. I am always thrilled when I leave. Whether I know just what I want or need her to be creative, I always leave looking and feeling great! I am particular about my higlights and Tarah was perfect from day one. She also gives a great hair cut and style. Would recommend her to any one who knows just what they want or to someone who is need of suggestions or a change. First of all they have very convenient parking (Hate to walk a mile to get where I'm going). Had my hair styled by Trina, AMAZING. She stayed late, because that is the only time I could come in, she cut and touched up my ridiculously dark hair and did an great job (no orange in sight). Once she was done I immediately made my touch up appointment. All in all super cute shop with cute stuff all over the place, and amazing stylist. LOVED IT! I strongly recommend. Pros: Great service..amazing work. Cons: This kid from the Tae kwon do school next door gave me the stink eye. more

I went to this salon to get my hair cut and the person who did my hair was Tarah. She talked non stop the whole time about herself. The appointment was very long and I did not like my hair cut or style, she didn't listen to me and she just gave me the cut she wanted. I would just suggest that you go to someone else to have your hair done. Pros: ?? Cons: Bad part of town, bad cut, bad experience more

I went to this salon for awhile until the stylist I had left. The manager there at will instantly put you with the newest (read; inexperienced) person there to build their clientele. This can be a good thing as that is what happened with the first stylist I got (and liked) but so-so with the second. I was told she had been there for a few months but upon asking her, she told me she had been there just 2 weeks (and I am having color done). Prior to her, I had a senior stylist who abruptly told me in a phone message she was leaving the salon, would be glad to make a referral but then never did (despite my leaving her a message asking for that). Months later I noticed she was still working there. Her name is Patty; a middle aged, bleached-blonde woman at the back. I always tipped her and was pleasant so I have no idea what happened but she avoided me when she saw me there. I have never been ""fired"" by a hairstylist before!!! There were also problems with cancelled appointments where I wasn't notified (the stylist didn't come to work, etc) I haven't been there for a long time because of all the aforementioned. There are too many salons out there that I don't have to worry about putting up with this one. more

Cutest salon EVER!!! I will definitely be returning. Everyone was very friendly and I got the best cut and color. Tarah Dana did my hair and she did exactly what I have been trying to get someone to do for years!!! My hair was black and I wanted it platinum blonde. I got what I wanted and my hair looks fabulouso! Pros: fun, friendly, great results Cons: parking is not close to store more

I went to this salon and had my hair done by Tarah Dana. It was an awful experience, she colored my hair and it looked awful. She was not very polite and hardly spoke when I was there. The appointment was over 3 hours and then my hair looked awful. I am so upset, I will never return to this salon again. more
