I love everything about this salon. Everyone is friendly, they are very accommodating and best of all, I got the best haircut I have ever had from Mona. She is amazing! I adore her. I LOVE my hair now! 1/27/2012

I had a FANTASTIC experience at Salon Bella! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my cut/highlight done by Teddi, and will continue to forever! She was easy to talk to and really listened when I explained to her what I was looking for. I highly recommend her! Every time I leave I walk out happy, confident, and with out fear of the dreaded 'bad hair day'!! Go to Teddi for a great experience and happy hair! :) She is AMAZING!! more

unhelpful and rudely dismissive 10/1/2011

had trouble pulling up my groupon on the phone and none of the three women working there offered to help... when asked if i could use their computer or phone to pull it up, apparently no one has a phone with wifi. after 10mins of trying to pull it up using my phone, one of the women asked me to leave because they didn't want to make the next person on the schedule wait. more

A Girls Best Friend 6/3/2011

My job has kept me moving from city to city throughout most of my adult life. If there is one thing I have learned about getting to a new city, it is the importance of finding the right salon...QUICKLY! I got reallyt lucky when I moved to St. Louis a little more than a year ago. After asking a few people for recommendations, and still coming up empty, I stumbled upon Salon Bella in a panic. I met with Tanya on that first vist and was so impressed with the way she listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for. I've been back once a month since then and Tanya has continued to give me great service, great value and amazing results. Any girl looking for a ""go to"" salon...run to Tanya at Salon Bella. You won't be disappointed. more

highly recommend this salon 2/24/2010

As a guy, I have had so many bad hair cuts from a variety of salons and shops. I came here because my girlfriend always raves about it and she always gets her hair done here. I got my haircut by Danielle and she really did do an awesome job. She listened to what I wanted and knew exactly how to cut my hair. It's a really nice, professional place and Danielle is really awesome with hair. I recommend anyone see her for a cut! Pros: great cuts, good prices, good location more

BEST SALON AROUND! 2/24/2010

I moved here from Chicago and am really picky about my hair. For the first few months I was here I visited a ton of salons, and I was never really satisfied. I found Salon Bella and met with Danielle and couldn't be happier. I have the best hair (whether I am blonde-and all you blondes know a good blonde is hard to get, or if I go a little darker) Danielle is amazing with highlights and color, everytime I leave the salon I get SO MANY compliments everywhere I go!! She is great with haircuts as well. I couldn't recommend this salon or danielle more, so if you are looking for a hairplace..GO TO DANIELLE! you will not be disappointed, the girl is a hair genius! Comfortable atmosphere 3/13/2009

Everyone I encountered at Salon Bella was caring and professional. There is a relaxed atmosphere and the staff pull together to make the visit the utmost possible. My experience with Salon Bella was WONDERFUL. The lady that helped me was Becky and she was just awesome. So nice, very friendly, great atmosphere. Becky has a new client for a life!!!!! I have been other places where I was greeted with a snobish additude but not here and not with Becky---I felt like we had been freinds forever. Call her she is THE BEST!!!!!!! more

I just went to Salon Bella for the first time Saturday, and had Angie color my hair. She was very kind and listened to what I had to say. The end result was the best I could ask for! I'll be going there every month! more

What a Girl Should Do?!?! 2/8/2009

I had a last minute job interview in the Valley and desperately needed to get my hair colored and styled. I was so nervous thinking I wouldn't be able to get into a place at such short notice. I looked up City Search contacted a few places with no luck. Then I found Salon Bella. They booked me right away where I met with Mona at 10 am. I felt so beautiful leaving and what do you know. I got the job! She gave me that confidence. I strongly urge you to see what I am talking about. Thanks Mona!! You go girl!!! See you soon! more

i am a client of danielle's at salon bella. she has been doing my hair for about two years. i've never been happier with my hair. she always listens to my ideas and she always has some of her own. she also did my makeup for a special event and i couldnt even believe what i saw when i looked in the mirror. simply amazing. i highly recommend you going to see her. more

Becasue of Danielle my hair has never been better! 4/25/2007

I just moved here about a year and a half ago and I tried many of the salons in the area. My hair never came out quite right and then I stumbled across Salon Bella where I met Danielle. She does a great job listening to my hair needs and always can fix them. She took my haircolor from a brassy mess to a beautiful highlight. My cut is so trendy and easy that I pretty much just wash and go. If you haven't been in to see her you are missing out. She's young and fun so give her a try! more

Kathleen at Salon Bella is tops! 3/15/2006

For the past ten years, I have been a customer of Salon Bella. Off and on, due to moving to the central part of St. Louis, I have tried other salons. But I always return to Salon Bella! I have extremely dark hair and Kathleen is a miracle worker. She is a true color artist, bar none. I highly recommend Salon Bella and definitely try Kathleen. more

New to St. Louis 11/2/2005

Just moving here from Portland, OR I was extremely cautious about finding a new hairstylist. After searching the web I decided on Salon St. Louis because it had been written up in a magazine. Then I read citysearch and decided that a high priced snooty salon was not what I was looking for. I cancelled my appointment and selected Salon Bella. After reading the reviews all I needed to do was choose between Ashley and Jerry. It came down to experience. Jerry had more. Jerry did a fantastic job on my hair! I never felt rushed or an inconvenience while there. The price was a bit more than I was accustomed to spending but the price of a bad job would have been much costlier. In addition I found a coupon for 10% off for new customers on their website!! I would give Jerry and this salon two thumbs up. Pros: # of appnts available, good parking more

Such a beautiful young woman, ashley did an extraordinary job on my haircut, color, and style. Being new to the st. louis area was hard enough, leaving behind my hairdresser of 12 years, but Ashley was incredible. She recommended so many diffrent ideas that would work for me, and also showed me what i needed to use in my hair, and taught me how to style it myself. I recommend her to anyone who is new to the area. I am very particular too, on how i want my hair and she worked so well with me on that. I know you will love her too! Good luck! Emerging Successes in the Bella Atmosphere 9/1/2005

I know good hair in the fact that my sister is a London hair fashion stylist, and I have seen some great emerging talents in this friendly salon. I have had my hair done there twice so far with Jerry, his scrupulous technique and exquisite flair, Jerry is one to open new doors in St. Louis style. Also, I really enjoyed my warm welcome to the salon and the vibrant personality of the fantastic receptionists. With and undying, vibrant energy, Mona is your personal entertainment for the duration of your visit, and handsome young Michael adds a breath of fresh air to a stressful day by his ease of conversation and candy for the eye, who I believe is also a drop that will begin waves in the beauty world as his ambition becomes clear when discussed. I highly recommend this salon and will always look forward to returning. more
