Excellent Experienc 8/29/2011

This was my first time at the salon because I just moved from Chicago. I had a strange request that we use my hair color formula from my old salon in Chicago. After a few strange looks and Cindy Lou telling me it was a bit unusual she graciously called the salon and got it. My color was outstanding and Cindy Lou agreed that she was so glad that we got it because she would have never put that formula together for me otherwise. She was a gem and we had a great discussion for the entire two hours. My hair looks great and I couldn't be happier. Other great things about your salon: your music selection, your great products, and Cindy Lou. I normally don't pay full price for a salon, ever, but I will certainly be back. more

I arrived late due to getting really lost, and was still very kindly greeted with a smile and some fantastic tea. Then I met with hair dresser Andrea and she asked me questions about how I'd like my hair highlighted and even gave a suggestion on how she could fix some mistakes from other hair dressers. My hair came out looking really beautiful, she did it exactly how I wanted it! She also was very friendly and had some great tips for taming my curly hair. The prices for hair highlights are reasonable here. I highly recommend SalonAmour! more

Hair Color 8/10/2011

The price went up unbeknownst to me. When you only come once a month+, you may be left out of the loop. How about telling us, when the reminder call or email comes? In this economy, it seems a bit presumptuous, especially after an increase in prices just about 6 months, ago. The job was done well, as always. Thank you. more
