My great experience 10/25/2016

I was so impressed with the care and treatment I received when I was at Salem Endoscopy Ctr. for my exam. All the staff I encountered made me feel I was important and from the check-in desk through the surgical and on to the discharge I had very good feelings about my treatment. Doctors, nurses, anesthetists on down to all the assistants paid attention to me and allowed me to ask questions and I got solid answers that I could understand. more

Thank you Salem Endoscopy team! Every person I dealt with was very professional and yet wonderfully warm. For this first timer dealing with anything like this, they were helpful and careful. The staff, nurses and my doctor have this patients deep gratitude. more

Minus a foot rub it was 5 star all the way 9/20/2016

Salem Gastro's Team went out of their way to make a notoriously nasty experience into a cake walk. The piece de resistance was waking up non-groggy and being handed my diagnosis complete with color photos! Way to go guys! more

My experience 9/9/2016

Salem Endoscopy (Dr. Gates) performed a colonoscopy and my experience was great. Alexandria (Anesthesiologist) was really terrific, professional but caring with a great sense of humor. more

Colonoscopy & Endoscopy 7/21/2016

New anesthesia was great, no groggy after effects. Able to be hear and understand Dr. Kao explanation and still remember it when I got home. New 6 oz bottles of prep that you dilute to fill a 16oz cup much easier to get down. more

Salem Gastro is Awesomesauce 6/30/2016

So look, the whole experience of a colonoscopy or endoscopy (I've had both) is never fun to begin with. But the folks at Salem Gastro do everything they can to make it as comfortable and pleasant as possible. If'n ya'all gotta go through it, these people will make sure you do so with as little distress as humanly possible. Everyone there was as friendly (and tolerant) as any individuals I've ever encountered. There was a special needs individual in the prep and recover area while I was there, and the fantastic way in which they treated her was a special site to behold. I really cannot recommend them strongly enough!! more

Dr. Hoda is truly the best. She always has a smile on her face and she really cares about your health. The entire staff was wonderful! I would recommend Salem endoscopy to everyone. more

Great Place 5/27/2016

These guys are great. They are very personable and professional. They made the anxiety half of what I had when I went in. They told me step by step, what would happen and what they were doing. If I ever have to have this done again, I would return after in a heart beat. I would recommend this. They called the next day, to make sure I was eating, and there was no problems. more
