Procedure Review 2/20/2018

I would highly recommend Salem Endoscopy. I arrived for my appointment and they took me in right away. The nurses, anaesthesiologist, and R. Katherine Hoda were all very friendly, professional, proficient, and concerned about my well being. The procedure went quickly and I was done before I knew it. more

Excellent experience overall 1/24/2018

I recently had an upper GI endoscopy at Salem Endoscopy Center and was very pleased by how efficiently and smoothly the entire procedure went. The staff were all very pleasant and well-trained. They made me comfortable and answered my questions and every step of the procedure was right on time. Excellent experience overall! more

My experience at Salem Endoscopy was great 10/24/2017

Thank you to the all the great, kind people at this Center. The Staff were all very kind, caring and respectful. Starting from the receptionist, nurses, surgical room and Dr, Thank you for the warm blankets and caring attitude . It appears the staff loves their jobs and sure makes a patient feel more comfortable about being there. more

Outstanding Care 5/20/2017

I have been going to Dr Gates now for several years. He is a very good compassionate doctor. He has an excellent understanding of his specialty and will have your best interest at heart when providing your care. I had serious acid reflex and he worked hard to find a solution even called me at home one night to share his research. more

I am one of those who needs a preventive colonoscopy every three years. Thankfully, I get to take advantage of the remarkable services of Salem Endoscopy Center. The moment I arrive for the procedure, I am made to feel comfortable and confident about the entire process. The staff is friendly and very professional. I would never think of going anywhere else for a colonoscopy. more

All the staff at both offices were great. The nurses and Dr. Hodda are the best! They were friendly and knowledgeable but were warm and empathic and really seemed to care. I didn't feel like just another procedure. They took the time for me. I felt like I was the only procedure that day. more
