This is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST sushi i have ever had. My wife and i have tried so many different places, and believe me when i say that. IT IS THE BEST FISH. We have been going to Sakura for 5 years, and there is no other place that will come close to it when it comes to Fish Quality, taste, texture, and the profesionalism of the schef. The place and the environment is ok, but very private. You definitely will not feel like you are in one of the best sushi places once you walk inn, but once the food is served, you;ll be changed forever. lol Especially try Sakura 46 Roll, Wasabi Roll, and Pink Lady roll. The best kept secret in New Jersey! Simply the one of the best sushi! The freshest fish. Try yellow tail belly ot scallops with Sapporo Reserve beer. Make sure you get a reserve and not regular Sapporo. Also, tuna is one of the best I ever had and I am comparing to places like Tomoe and Yama in NYC. THe chef is superb. Service is pretty good too.
