Don the car salesman lied and told me that the chrysler 300 he was selling to me had tinting on the windows that would pass in Ohio. it didnt and i was pulled over n got a court date for it. n then he lied to his boss and told him he didnt remember telling me that the window tinting would pass in Ohio. also, don gave me the run around when i asked him to show me the points inspection that was done on the car. he didnt want to give me any documentation to show that the car was never in an accident but said it was never in an accident and that the car passed all inspections. i trusted him because he was recommended by a friend. big mistake. first ryan told me they would be able to help with that and now they wont. i bought the car in august 08 n upon taking it home i already had to replace the tires, balance tires and to put them in allignment. do not trust this dealership. they now wanted to sell a car to my friend for $3000 above retail value. i am going to report them to the chrysler customer service and get the latter to show me any points inspection that may have been done or not done on this car n to check if it has been in an accident. n if that too were lies then i am going to call the county to remove them from the preferred seller status and i will see what my recourse would be. DO NOT TRUST this delearship. my friend who gave them a lot of business in the past was greatly disappointed and he is never going to recommend them to anyone again. go to the chevy dealership and skip all the lies, misrepresentation and horrible service.

Cons: salesmen misrepresent informations just to sell their cars at above retail values
