Really great service 4/8/2016

From beginning to end everything about the service we got was superb. The woman on the phone who set up the time was helpful and pleasant, We got a confirmation call the day before and an email with pictures and information about the men who came out. The job was done with great care to our home and pets. The men even showed us pictures from before and after their work. We also chose to get the dryer vent cleaned and a deodorizer after the men explained how they can help. The dryer line was packed with lint and at risk of a fire. Kathy from the office called afterwards to check how things went. Safety King has my business for life! more

Great Service 2/8/2016

This was the first time I used Safety King. Last time I used another company and I really noticed how much better the cleaning was by Safety King. Marcus P was great very professional and explained the whole process to me. The before and after pictures were great. I could actually see how dirty the ducts were and how clean they were when he was done. Great Job!! more

Nick and Chad arrived on time and did a very good job cleaning the ducts.The pictures that were taken as the job progressed were helpful in being able to see their progress as the ducts were cleaned.I will be using this company again. more

Air Duct cleaning by Safety King 2/1/2016

Chad and jason arrived right on time, were professional and knowledgeable, in that I had two systems to clean, they went about the task with a great deal of order and completeness. We discussed the extra value features and elected to sanitize the system and finally, clean the dryer duct. I would recommend Safety king to any one in need of cleaning and look forward to the next cleaning in 5 years. Stuart S more

Safety King- Very professional duct cleaning 1/1/2016

Very professional from the start. Chris, Bill T., and Tony all exhibited care over my house. They took shoes off, put mats and padding down, explained the cleaning process. At the end I was shown pictures before and after the cleaning and later was emailed them. They took extra time and care to see that my dryer vent was working properly, which I needed since they found it pulled apart in two places. They did not rush the job, but worked efficiently to get the job done in a adequate amount of time. They are good people and I trusted them to do their best job. more

Professional, efficient & courteous 12/7/2015

Safety King's crew was prompt, all business and very professional. They informed me of their findings and cleaned up everything, leaving no sign of their presence except improved air quality. Crew members were very courteous, considerate and pleasant and even volunteered the use of available coupons to save me money. more

They were very informative and answered all my questions. Never had my air ducts cleaned before and I was concerned about our new carpet and freshly painted walls getting ruined somehow in the process. Nothing happened ! All precautions were taken so that our home was the way it was before they came, with one exception---the air in my home was fresher when all was done. Pleased with the service. Wish the price was less. That was one of the reasons why I waited so long to have it done. If it would cost less, I would probably get it done as often as recommended. Do you offer a lesser price for those who have had duct cleaning done by you already? more

The team was extremely helpful, courteous, and very professional. Jason and Chad were a great team,. They were very considerate of my dog, who was very afraid of the noise and did his "safe room" first so he would have a place to be during the rest of the cleaning. All were very personable, and having my ducts cleaned was a surprisingly pleasant experience! Loved meeting Jason and Chad! more

Vent cleaning for my house and also Dryer Vent Cleaned 11/8/2015

This company did a great job. They laid out tarps and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I was shocked at the stuff that came out of my Dryer vent - - I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I have been in here 3 years and the house is 7 years old --- it really had the great possibility of a fire just waiting to happen. Kory was so patient explaining things. I would recommend them for any of the services they provide --- awesome company. more
