They were very informative and answered all my questions. Never had my air ducts cleaned before and I was concerned about our new carpet and freshly painted walls getting ruined somehow in the process. Nothing happened ! All precautions were taken so that our home was the way it was before they came, with one exception---the air in my home was fresher when all was done. Pleased with the service.
Wish the price was less. That was one of the reasons why I waited so long to have it done. If it would cost less, I would probably get it done as often as recommended. Do you offer a lesser price for those who have had duct cleaning done by you already?
