Great Technician 11/21/2017

Frank G. is a valuable technician. He comes in, evaluates the problem, and gets the job done. He took all of 20 minutes to fix a problem that took another technician hours. If I had a choice I would always request Frank for future service needs. more

He is always prompt, courteous and personable. He knows security systems inside and out. Frank is a great representative for Safe Touch and having him working for Safe Touch guarantees we are protected. more

New Installation 11/24/2016

Frank did a great job! He took time with me and listened to my concerns and helped set up a plan for our security installation that would be the least visible cosmetically, but would be the most safe for us and our house layout. He was very creative. Highly recommend! more
