James was very professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating to my questions. James worked efficiently, changed all of the batteries, and ensured the system was operating properly before he finished. more

Tech Call 4/28/2017

We had trouble with a motion detector and we weren't sure how to over ride the system so we could set the alarm. Thomas came and was very friendly and showed us how to do it. Explained some other features to us and replaced the broken motion detector. Getting the bugs worked out of a new system using some of our existing parts, but the techs have been great. more

SafeTouch of Orlando - Technician Barry 4/20/2017

Barry arrived within the time window I was told. He was dressed appropriately and introduced himself immediately. Barry was familiar with what needed to be done, had the equipment, tools, and supplies required. He worked very efficiently and was easy to talk with. When the work was complete, Barry completely checked the changes and addidtions made, and reviewed operation of the system with me. I appreciate the professionalism Barry displayed and the respect he had for our house and making sure the system operated properly. more

AWESOME INSTALLATION 4/5/2017

Alcides called before he showed up and was on time. He was extremely polite and friendly, he took his time to explain the system to me and make sure I was comfortable with it before he left. AND he didn't leave any mess behind!!! Awesome installer!! more

Service Call of 2/17/17 2/17/2017

Shane as responded to most of our service issues over the years, and is always friendly & professional. Always within the service promised window or calls to advise if (seldom) running late. He is very knowledgeable of the system and troubleshoots the problem(s) to try and find the answers. Sometimes the problem is intermitting, and those are hard as the dickens to track down, but doesn't prevent him from getting to the issue. Always good to see him as our tech. more

TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEADGEABLE. HAS A VERY PARTICULAR QUALITY WHICH IS TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER COMFORTABLE IF HAVING DIFFICULTIES LEARNING THE SYSTEM. HE HAS A VERY GOOD ATTITUDE AND REPRESENTS DE COMPANY WELL. more

Marino from Safe Touch did a great job getting my system set up at my office. The mobile app from alarm.com is easy to use as well. He took the extra time to show me how the system works both onsite and offsite through the mobile app. It makes monitoring the system so easy. Thanks for the great work. more

Great work 11/17/2016

Shane got here right on time, replaced all of the batteries for me and found the sensor that was causing the problem with arming the system. When I asked about upgrading the system, he gave me all of the choices and the pros and cons of each. more

Aldo was an awesome technician. He explained our system much better than the Sales Rep and found a system more suited to our specific needs. We love our new SafeTouch system but wish it were using cell phone technology instead of the internet. We feel cell phone service is more reliable than the internet more
