Marino was very polite, professional he started at my house, went to 1rst and then 2nd sister-in laws places wired in all 3 Alarms systems in about 2 hours. He got everything done in timely manner. I appreciate people like this!! Thank you Marino!! Happy Holidays more

THANKS TO MY SERVICE GUY KHALID. HE WAS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. WE HAD ALARM ISSUES AFTER HURRICANE IRMA AND HE ARRIVED AND THOROUGHLY CHECKED OUT MY ALARM SYSTEM (WHICH I USE RELIGIOUSLY) AND GOT IT BACK WORKING AGAIN. THANKS SO MUCH TO KHALID. VERY NICE GUY TOO more

We have had several service rep's over the past year but none, were as informative, patient and helpful as Thomas. Thomas was extremely polite and should we need service in the future we would ask they send him. I feel we finally understand how the system works which hopefully will reduce the number of calls I make for help. Service Done to our SafeTouch Security System 5/23/2017

Had our technician Thomas L. Come by to check alarm system. He did a fabulous job. Check everything out first to see where problem was occurring and started to test all the windows and sensors. He had to change couple of sensors and wiring. Did a great job and worked fast. Very pleasant man and person. more
