We had a problem with our alarm system and had a difficult time getting someone from SafeTouch out to fix the problem. After several attempts and many hours on the phone, a service tech finally arrived at our house. Al was very detailed and professional. He spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem and communicated what was happening. As soon as he realized he the problem could not be solved, he contacted his service manager, Edwin came right out to our home. The two worked together to solve the problem. The system we currently had could not be fixed, so they resolved to schedule us the next day to replace it. 5 minutes later, they returned with the new system, after hours and replaced it!! They did not want us to go another night without our home security system. The two of them stayed well after their work hours to make sure that our system was installed properly and our family was safe! The service team of Al and Edwin were exceptional! Thank you to the two men for making an experience that started negative (customer service has issues, will write a review about that later) into something very great! This team is doing something right! Kudos for the great service Al and Edwin!
