We had a problem with our alarm system and had a difficult time getting someone from SafeTouch out to fix the problem. After several attempts and many hours on the phone, a service tech finally arrived at our house. Al was very detailed and professional. He spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem and communicated what was happening. As soon as he realized he the problem could not be solved, he contacted his service manager, Edwin came right out to our home. The two worked together to solve the problem. The system we currently had could not be fixed, so they resolved to schedule us the next day to replace it. 5 minutes later, they returned with the new system, after hours and replaced it!! They did not want us to go another night without our home security system. The two of them stayed well after their work hours to make sure that our system was installed properly and our family was safe! The service team of Al and Edwin were exceptional! Thank you to the two men for making an experience that started negative (customer service has issues, will write a review about that later) into something very great! This team is doing something right! Kudos for the great service Al and Edwin! more

We were having a problem with our security system. James was our tech. James did an excellent repair and was very timely, neat and courteous. He was sure to check everything was in perfect working order before leaving. I would definitely request James again, should a problem arise. I give James five stars. more

sal came out to check out a low battery light on my keypad. while he was there he noticed one of my sensors wasnt working right so he quickly fixed it and tested my system so i can sleep soundly knowing my alarm system, is back up and running again! thank you sal more

Sal called me in the morning to confirm my appointment which I had completely forgot about. I told him I wasn’t going to make the time it was scheduled for and he was able to work with me and meet me on my schedule which was extremely helpful. When he arrived he was very courteous and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and show me settings I never knew about for my app and doorbell camera. People like Sal are the reason I stick with Safetouch where you get personalized service from the best in the business more

I’ve had issues with my system and had 2 different techs come out with no results. When Tom and Sal came out they were on time and were the only ones that could tell me the real reason my system was having problems and actually fix my system and show me how to work everything which wasn’t explained to me before. I was having some reservations about safetouch but these two made me a believer again more

Barry called me when he realized that he would not make the appointment time. He explained that his last job was in Merritt Island and my home is in Orlando...45 minutes away. He arrived by his estimated time and was very professional and efficient. more
