Battery problem 2/26/2018

I was having issues with my Safetouch system and it turned out to just be a bad battery. Shane had it fixed and back up to running in 10 minutes. more

Outstanding service 2/8/2018

Thomas L. was our service technician. He was here to change batteries in our system. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He called to let us know that he was on his way. I can't say enough good about Thomas L. I highly recommend this company. more

Service of Safetouch Security 2/4/2018

James and Edwin were able to detect the problem with our cameras and rectify the problem. They stayed as long as they needed to to fix the problem which caused them to stay into dinner time. They were very polite and easy to work with. more

Hello All: Alcides was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with SafeTouch. I have another appointment on Wednesday to check one of my door sensors and the staff was very friendly and helpful on making the appointment. Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful. He checked every point of entry, replaced every battery and reviewed all system functions with us. He was very courteous. I would recommend him to represent your company and train other field techs to follow his lead. more

Excellent Service! 12/11/2017

We had an issue with our smoke/Fire detector and James arrived on time, was very quick to diagnose the issue, swapped out the detector and ran a system test. Very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend! more
