They didn't pass on the information I wrote in the notes on the site. I have waited months to get my windshield replaced, because I needed to replace my back seat side windows with pop-out windows on my FJ Cruiser. Once the windows arrived, I booked the windshield replacement and specifically wrote I needed those windows replaced too, and would pay cash. They never passed that info onto the repairman, although they did pass on part of the note regarding calling 30 minutes before arriving. He was completely unaware. He had no idea how to do it. When he called his boss, he quoted $100 to remove the windows, which is more than twice what others I know have paid. Why would I pay $100 to a guy who admittedly has no idea what he is doing? Not the serviceman's fault, but I didn't appreciate them wasting my time (staying away from work for hours) and not being able to do what I asked. I cancelled the whole thing and will drive my car to a glass shop that I can trust.
