Safe Touch Security Systems

Faulty equipment caused multiple alarms to go off which resulted in fines from county of which they will not even write a letter. They have replaced four panels, all the equipment, wiring and still the keypad just dies for no reason. Imagine going in the morning and having the panel dead and not being able to disarm. This company really sucks, will not call back, cant even get my contract from them. BEWARE more

The instructions are to write as I'm writing to a friend...so here goes...if you value your home or your business, please do not use this company. You have no idea how unprofessional these folks are... Every person I've run into (because I now make it a mission to let my friends know) that have had an experience with this group and it's always the same! Don't trust what they tell you because it changes with the next time you speak to someone - and it's with everything with these people! They really should try another business. Of course, at the rate they are going, hopefully they will not be around long enough to harm too many others... BTW - I'm a business owner (owned my own businesses for 30 years) and I've never experienced anything like these people. I don't think they are trained properly as nothing is consistent. Further, I asked to speak to the owner, Lester Jackson, and he just doesn't have time to deal with an extremely unhappy customer. If I treated my customers like he and his firm has treated me, I'd be ashamed. Cons: extremely unprofessional and can't get anything right more

This is a very unprofessional group of people - in every department. I wish I had never switched from ADT. What a HUGE difference between the two organizations. ADT is just the opposite from these guys. I switched because they are cheaper. Now I know why. Their service (in every aspect - customer service and technical service) is AWFUL!!!!! I wish there was an option to rate this company with a negative number... Pros: Nothing Cons: Too much to write more
