crime is high, there was another murdered. i dont feel safe. my car was just broke in too. management changes like every other month. when i moved in my apt had 6 different color. o, cant foreget hope for nothing to break cause it can take any were to 3 months to 2 years to get it fike. \r moving out asap been here almots 3 yrs more

IVE BEEN HERE FOR 2 YEARS AND IVE SEEN SO MANY TENANTS, EMPLOYEES AND PROPERTY OWNERS COME AND GO. IVE SEEN YOUNG TEENAGERS TRYING TO BRAKE INTO NEIGHBORS APARTMENTS AND THEY RUN JUMP OVER THE SUPPOSEDLY SECURITY GATE? HOW BOUT THE 14 YEAR OLD TEEN THAT GOT MURDERED WITHIN 100 FEET FROM MY PLACE? THEY DONT METION THESE THINGS HUH...IVE LIVED AND SEEN WORSE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD GROWING UP AND I DIDNT LEAVE ""LOS ANGELES"" FOR MY CHILDREN TO BE RAISED IN SUCH A PATHETIC ENVIRONMENT SUCH AS THIS. WE AS HUMANBEINGS HAVE TO COME TO A CONCLUSION THAT WE SHARE THIS LIFETIME. DONT YOU WANT THE BEST FOR YOUR FAMILY...I DO...ITS BEEN MORE THAN 24HOURS WITH NO A/C. I moved to Safari after my divroce with my wife because at the time, the place was very nice. Little did I know what I getting myself into. The management changes hands quite a bit and there is always an excuse with problems with the apartments. Currently, there are three apartments in my area with broken windows. The solution: Cover it up with boards of wood. \r There are numerous large dogs that run withour leashes and owners do not pick up their wastes outside. Terrible smell. Crime.\r Water heaters burst, flood out several apartments and nothing is done. Please do not waste your time.\r Over the past two months, a man was arrested for a concealed weapon, windows have been broken, and let's not forget the nightly passes by the police helocopter. \r This was a temporary fix for me, but stayed for a little while longer because moving is such a hassle, but now its mandatory. First of all, there is a terrible rodent problem and the office lies about sending pest control to terminate the problem. I told the lady in the office that I had bought some glue traps on my own to take care of the problem and she turns around a couple of days later and tells me that the pest control company put those in my apartment. My air conditioning was broke for about a month in the middle of summer before anyone fixed it and I was never offered any alternative or ever given even an apology. The entire bathroom in one of the bedrooms flooded once due to rusted pipes in the toilet and it took them four months to come fix that. I couldn't even use that bedroom, the door was closed the whole time. Cocroaches also seem to be a huge problem. They didn't appear to be bad when we first moved in but they got terribly worse after the fact. They charge a deposit for almost anything they can think of. Make sure you read every paper before you sign. It took for me to take legal action against them to get their stuff together and fix all of the problems. I do not recommend this complex at all to anyone unless you don't care about living in filth. In a year and a half I've had constant problems with a/c, r0aches, water heater, etc. Grounds is very slow to respond, they don't things properly. The gym is trashed, the pools hardly ever clean. Besides general complaints like this I was recently robbed at gunpoint by three g@ng members in my home at 6pm! This place is not safe!! DON'T LIVE HERE!! more

When problems with apartments arise. (pipes burst, water heater leak, toilet leak, a/c breaks) Management gives more excuses then help. It is a very long and frustrating process trying to get them to send maintenence. Even more so if you do not allow them permission to enter. I am a stay at home mom and am home all day but for the 3 hours to get my children to and from their school or shopping. I have lived here for 2 years. The first apartment I rented the a./c broke in june. They did not get it repaired until late august when i finally had enough and they asked me to move apartments. I had to pay all utility deposits to transfer service. I was told my new apartment was in ""pristine"" condition. Only to find water damage throughout. Then not even 2 months into the new apartment water pipes burst, water heater failed, and toilet valve broke. It took them over 2 weeks to repair the damage from the pipes and water heater. (which happened within a 2 days of each other). When I called the office to ask AGAIN when they were going to repair the 3ft hole in the kitchen wall (put by the plumber to repair the pipe) I was given excuses then hung up on... I would strongly suggest not living here.. unless truly desperate. as I was when i did. Pros: Close to shopping, allows large dogs Cons: Poor service, Rude staff, Low Quality for the cost more
