Purchased a dress and it was pinned to be altered at Sebastians. Alterations were stitched horribly and unevenly. When asked for refund or replacement of the dress we were told after alterations we own the dress no matter what shape it was in. Then Sebastian and Mike proceded to tell us that it was the way we wanted it altered that damaged the dress (this was not a concern during pinning). The layout was never a problem with us, it was the quality of work performed that was the issue but Mike and Sebastian would not take responsibility for that and when we pushed for a refund they threatened us with a lawyer. With only 2 days left before our formal event we ended up purchasing a different dress from another vendor. The experience at Sebatians Boutique was a nightmare and we will never return. more

Really big bridal, prom, and formal dress shop with tailoring too. Will custom make dresses as well. I was in a wedding that Sabastian made the bridesmaid dress, and it fit me really nice. I was worried because of the color and the V-neck, but it turned out VERY nice. I didn't even hate my pics, which was unusual.\r \r Also, I used him for a formal event, I felt comfortable in the dress he help me pick, and danced all night long.\r \r The cool thing about Newton, is that they can be your one stop shop when it comes to all things for your wedding. Pros: Awesome Selection, Sabastian can make it fit! Cons: Parking in Downtown Newton can suck sometimes more
