Sabai Body Temple

Right off the greenway bike path! I've had multiple massages from Josh and Jess- all excellent and more than fairly priced. I even tried the acupuncture from Elizabeth- now I'm a believer! Do yourself a favor and give this "temple" a try! more

"Ahhhh..." That's about all I have to say about that. A nice cool, invigorating massage is just what my sun-drained body needed. The Summer Spa Ritual was a perfect treat for muscles and skin alike, complete with a mixed berry scrub and a cool cucumber yogurt masque. It smelled and felt delicious! This is a perfect body treatment for someone who's been training for an outdoor race...The full body massage after the spa treatment was the icing on the cake for my sore muscles. Yippeee! I highly recommend it. Pros: Hot tea, t'ai chi, happy, chill people Cons: none yet! more

I tend to get massages when desperation sets in, and my back/neck are so tight I am unable to work! They work so well on me! I've had other massages that leave me feeling stiff and sore still, but after I leave this place, I can get back to work and play! Great place to get a massage, I recommend this place to all of my friends who look tense! Pros: Great Massage, Comfort, Relaxation, Good Cost! Cons: location for me is tough, but well worth it! more

I've seen Josh there several times, and he has always been responsive to my individual needs on that particular day. I've been visiting Sabai for almost a year and a half. Jessica works wonders on this old body with her fabulous massages. Takes the stress out of me every time I see her. Josh has PATIENTLY worked with me and the others in our classes, teaching the 24 forms of Tai Chi and Chi Qong. My bad knee has improved so much, I can now squat with no pain, leg strength has increased. The aspect of "moving meditation" and the breathing practices we do has paid off with a greater awareness of my body. I'm excited for the first time in my life over exercise. Easy access in Uptown, the atmosphere alone in Sabai makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The range of services and make-it-your-own options is super, prices are fair, and the staff kind and warm hearted. If this is your first massage experience or your fiftieth i would recommend Sabai. I happened upon Jessika giving free chair massages on a Friday night during the Uptown Art Fair. She was closing up but agreed to do one more. It was the best chair massage ever so I followed her up to the studio to check it out. I decided to try a full body massage for the following week, but she was booked uper so I decided to try Josh. He was as good as she was and I was hooked. I have been coming back over a year now, and wish I could afford to be there every week. I have had massages all over the Twin Cities, and actually all over the world, that do not compare to the treatments from Josh. I have experimented with different "experiences" and have been satisfied with every one. The mustard foot bath is next to heaven, and when followed by Anne's 60 minute reflexology session, cannot be compared to anything! The whole experience from the minute you walk in the door and float out, to the Chinese New Year celebration and the fact that its on my way home from the office makes this the perfect treat anytime I feel the need to be pampered. I found Sabai once on a very rainy day off and in desperate need of a massage. Jessika is very professional and very attuned to my body and what it needs. Since my car accident in February, Jessika has helped speed up the healing process by setting up a treatment process and recommending additional treatments that very much helped. But what I appreaciated most was that she let me try them out before I decided to purchase them. more
