Worst

Pad Thai is indeed awful, a gloppy mass of noodles in an oversweet red sauce. No green onions, no shreds of egg, no real vegetables to speak of, just a few sad over cooked shrimp....

Horrible Food and Customer Service 2/27/2012

The food was greasy and only tasted of peppers. We had one meal with chicken and all the chicken was of poor quality consisting mostly of connective tissue and fat. Quite frankly it was disgusting. When we complained the waitress disappeared to the back for 10 minutes and returned to tell us that was simply the quality of meat they serve. So i thought i would let everyone else know. In addition, their rice was crunchy and our meal was served room temperature. The staff was nice and polite but the service was slow. more

Sa-Bai Thong Thai Cuisine is good 7/25/2009

It is a good place for Thai food. Am not a big fan of Thai food though my friends are, so happen to visit many Thai places and must say this is the best one I would prefer over the rest. Love the iced tea which is served with coconut milk. Its quite strong and nice. Like the Thai noodle soup here served in a very fancy dish. more

Can't go wrong with curries 3/4/2009

All curries are amazing. Choose mix and match meats (including tasty tofu) and spice levels. Especially like jungle curry, and spicy basil flat noodle dish. Never been disappointed. Awesome atmosphere on University. Nice family feel on west side more

Excellent Thai food for a reasonable price 10/27/2008

This is one of our favorite restaurants to visit when we go to Madison. I love the dishes made with coconut milk, and the Thai Iced Tea is not to be missed. Service is generally good, but occasionally we've encountered staff who do not speak English very well. Overall though, definitely worth the drive! more

A full meal 3/17/2008

When we visited here, we got a good meal, but left not entirely ecstatic about the food. It was good, but for the price it didn't blow our socks off. There are better places for better prices more

Not even good pad thai 12/16/2007

The food generally was disappointing. The pad thai was bland without any bean sprouts and was heavily flavoured with tomato which is very unusual. Service was good and the staff polite. Pros: Service Cons: Food more
