Wow, what an experience this company continues to give me. I have been working 18 hour days and stressed out in my business and STAR has changed my outlook on fitness. I am in incredible shape, eat right and look great, my wife thinks so too ;) Another great asset is that they come to me. With my schedule time is of the essence and no gym is needed, they come to my house or office and take care of me. Adam the owner is definitely the best trainer I have ever had and I have had a lot. I am very busy working man and thought there was no time to go to the gym. My weight was 412 lbs and my doctor was very worried. He said I must make a change or else. I had a trainer before but never had a good experience. They are always late or wanting to switch there times due to a ""audition"" Well a friend told me about this company a while back and he said they were very different. Well now Thanks to Adam I am 254 lbs and still droping.I owe my life to these guys.He came to the office so I never felt like I was losing the day.
