I am very busy working man and thought there was no time to go to the gym. My weight was 412 lbs and my doctor was very worried. He said I must make a change or else. I had a trainer before but never had a good experience. They are always late or wanting to switch there times due to a ""audition"" Well a friend told me about this company a while back and he said they were very different. Well now Thanks to Adam I am 254 lbs and still droping.I owe my life to these guys.He came to the office so I never felt like I was losing the day. Biggest Loser made a mistake for passing on STAR.Everyone should know about STAR. Pros: came to office, weekends, nutrition was doable Cons: none at all
