I felt lucky to get anyone to come out on Super Bowl Sunday! He was very efficient, neat and did a great job + was very nice too.

Worst

For timeliness, courtesy, capability and neatness, Southwest is on target; however, in hind sight I paid way too much for the job. I had Southwest repair a short collapsed section...

Had a service line leak. Called SouthWest.and Mike R came out. He dug where the leak company said the leak was located, exposed the pipe, performed the repair and within about 2 hrs I was back in water. Mike was GREAT. He explained every step in easy to understand terms and brought everything he needed to repair my service line. If you have plumbing issues SouthWest is definitely the ""one to call"". Ask for Mike R, you won't be sorry. more

Last summer I had the pleasure of working with Richard P. when originally my hot water faucet in the bathtub wouldn't turn off and was pouring hot water down the drain. Richard fixed that right up - even going out separately to find another type of faucet handle. At the time he recommended updating my plumbing to the tub and that he could also have a new tub surround installed with only a couple of days of down time. Wow - that sounded great and even better it was true. Richard was absolutely the epitome of great service - he brought me samples of the rubbed bronze fixtures I was too busy to shop for myself. He accommodated my schedule as well - coming at 5pm on a Saturday evening or 7am on a Monday morning. In all he coordinated a beautiful bathroom remodel including the installation of a bathroom fan. Thank you for the great service and I will be calling again whenever the need arises (hopefully not too soon!!)Thanks more

Had a problem - made a call - and they were here. The personnel sent out diagnosed the problem, suggested what needed to be done to correct the situation and scheduled the very next day to complete the work. They kept in touch, notified us when they were arriving and stayed until the job was completed. It was a good experience. I would recommend South West Plumbing to my friends. more

We have been living in our home we built for nearly 8 years. We have had poor water pressure in our master bath shower since we first moved in. \r \r I am so glad I finally did something about it by calling South West Plumbing. They dispatched Farmer to our house within the same morning I called. I had other plumbing needs but did not know if we could afford. Farmer took the time to listen and trouble shoot our problems. His estimate was fair and I knew it was going to be a job well done. \r \r Thank you Farmer and Joaquin for using booties and cleaning up after the job was done. I could not be anymore happier with their job performance.\r \r This is the only company I am going to hire when I have plumbing needs in the future! more

Jason Carlton knows his business. He is an Excavation Manager with South West Plumbing, a knowledgeable expert, able to accurately estimate the cost of a sewer line repair. He used some pretty amazing technical equipment to locate some root balls in my line, and showed me exactly where he would have to dig to find them. He gave me two cost estimates–one for scouring out the roots, and another for a pipe burst that would permanently solve the problem. He explained that these aging cement pipes (such as I have) have a limited lifetime. He mentioned that the solving the problem would increase the value of my property, too. Jason Carlton clearly understands the situation, understands my needs, and he is a very good salesman. It was a pleasure meeting him. more

While visiting my son in West Seattle, some major plumbing issues came up. We called South West Plumbing. They sent out Sharif M. and Reed. These young men were courteous, kind, and professional. Major work had to be done over the next several days. It is always difficult to have people you don't really know in and out of your house for several days. By the second day, Sharif and Reed were more like family. Our lives were disrupted, but with Reed and Sharif on the job it was much easier.
