I felt lucky to get anyone to come out on Super Bowl Sunday! He was very efficient, neat and did a great job + was very nice too.

Worst

For timeliness, courtesy, capability and neatness, Southwest is on target; however, in hind sight I paid way too much for the job. I had Southwest repair a short collapsed section...

Farmer was great. My leak ended up being a roof issue but Farmer did a great job of figuring out the cause of the water damage. I would use him again for sure! more

Hands down the best home repair service provider I have ever worked with! Our townhouse complex needed to replace a broken sump pump, right at the start of the rainy season. We checked in with a couple of plumbers for estimates and assessments. The folks at Southwest were timely, professional, and knowledgeable about our situation, and their pricing was competitive. They followed up the free on site review with a thank you note and phone call. When the time for repairs came, they were on time, proactive about finding the right information, thorough in the removal of the old pump and installing the new one, and left the site clean. I received more thanks from the Southwest team, and they seemed genuinely interested in our feedback. more

Had a leaking water heater 2 days before I was scheduled to leave town for a business trip. Called Southwest plumbing at 830, Ron and his team showed up at 1030 and were done by the afternoon. Work was quality, service was excellent and can t tell you how much I appreciate how efficient they worked. Would recommend Ron for your plumbing needs and would easily recommend him. more

Dominique was very professional and went to work right away. He estimated 1-1/2 hours to complete an under sink repair and finished just under that time! Saved me lots of time, worry and trouble. I called SW because of a $69 off coupon I got in the mail. Steve P from southwest plumbing and his excellent helper did a good job for me. They snaked out my kitchen line and stayed to the quoted price of $200. (after coupon). There was no charge for an estimate and it was not hourly. I had serious root problems in my drainage. They were clean, intelligent, uniformed, on time, and friendly. Steve had a diagram of all the plumbing on my street in advance. I am going to ask for Steve P and his helper again next time if I ever need. I am a happy customer. more

We live in Parkland, Washington. I had a problem with my sewer line. Another company told me I had to remove my own toilet so that they can run a snake with a camera in it to detected the problem. When I ask ""Why I would have to do this he told me he was not a certified plumber."" Southwest said instead of taking off the toilet they would go down the vent. Rick is a certified plumber. Him and my crew were great. They kept me inform through the whole process. Showed me the busted up pipe in the ground and left the grounds just like before. Really it was better than before because they put the ground back without the weeds. \r I would definitely call them when I am in need again.\r Barbara Anderson more
