We have been with SOS for many, many years...they are a pleasure to deal with both the office staff and the deliverymen...they deliver on a regular basis; we've never have had to call about our delivery service and the office staff have always answered any questions we have had regarding our account..thank you for making it so pleasant to be a customer!!! more

I am writing to let you know how pleased I am wit your company. On January 8th, Tim #67 came out to address a problem we wee having. He not only fixed the problem in an efficient manny, but took the time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. He was not only knowlegeable, but professional and very polite. If I was to be asked which oil company is the best to deal with in Rockland County it would be yours, hands down. Your company is the best of the best and I thank you for treating your customers as individuals and not just a number or dollar sign. I wish you the best in 2015 more

REMOVAL OF MY OLD FURNACE, INSTALL A NEW 12/15/2014

In one day, two young men, very competent and professionals, walked into my house by 8AM, worked very hard and clean, finished the job by 5 PM, gave me some important and good advise, I was (and am) very pleased ! more

We were treated fairly 12/15/2014

One of our oil tanks was moist at the bottom with a tiny tiny leak. No drips yet and the moist area looked the same for years. We had a change at Heat USA and SOS became our oil provider. SOS said because of the leak I could no longer receive oil deliveries until I had new tanks installed. I asked them to do it as they had the best quote. They knew how low my oil tanks were. The new tanks arrived late, why? I don't know, and we went without heat for four days in cold weather. If the tanks were on time it would have been 5 stars, the people at SOS did an excellent installation. more

I've been a customer with SOS Fuels for over 20 years and have always found there technical and customer service to be excellent. I recently had my furnace, hw heater and air conditioner replaced. SOS' s pricing was fair, and their techs were prompt, knowledgeable and delivered on everything that was promised. more

After going through several fiascos you left me with a new oil tank and no oil! 12/12/2014

Oil Boiler fumes in house 12/9/2014

Woke up to a smell and found it coming from the Oil Boiler that heats both domestic hot water and baseboard heat. I immediately turned it off and called SOS and they arrived within 4 hours. Explained to technician the problem and he immediately got to work on it. After cleaning the black soot from boiler and chimney pipe he replaced defective parts and performed performance check. He left the site clean and was very professional throughout the visit. We had our heat and hot water back. Its back to running quiet and no more fumes. Great Job! Very satisfied. more

Hot water heater install experience 11/24/2014

Had an issue with our hot water heater and called SOS to either repair or replace. Once a solution was found, the techs were at my house at 5.45am the following morning as I had to get to work. They were thorough and made sure the entire system was to their standards including the furnace. Great techs SOS- Thanks for taking care of my situation in a timely and professional manner.. more

Our Great Experience with SOS 11/16/2014

What a contrast to what was happening to us with the "other" oil company. Since changing to SOS Fuels several years ago, we have NOT experienced: oil freezing in the lines, boiler breakdown, or running out of oil -- Thank you!!!!!!! more

My experience in working with SOS Extreme Comfort has been excellent and I am highly satisfied with the outcome of their work. We have been in our house for over 50 years and have had many HVAC Oil delivery companies come to visit us, but none as friendly and caring as these folks. They are the best people to do business with, they work efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner and their demeanor is highly professional and courteous. They have continuously gone over and beyond what I have expected of them, and they leave my home in pristine shape every time they complete their service call. I would absolutely recommend these folks to anybody in the local area who is in the market for a quality HVAC heating oil provider.
