Please heed my and DHolmes advise and stay away from this company and any company he is associated with. Several of the properties they have ""purchased"" were foreclosed on and now S. Davis is hiding from the court thinking he can get away with stealing homes, equity, money from the people he promised to help. He and anything he is involved in is scum! You will pay the money you owe Mr. Davis-I am persistent and will find you! more

Biggest fraud ever,dnt trust these guys with a dime. 3/13/2012

This company is the biggest joke ever.they have one and i mean one number as there ""emergency line"" which rings and rings so if u ever have a broken pipe then u better pray someone magically answers cus if not thn ur s.o.l. I received a random letter today stating tht the house was due for forclosure for unpaid fees tht Smd2(Davis relestate)did not pay and tht i have 30 days which came from nowhere and has actually happend to ""many"" of there clients.i will post the worst things tht come out of there every day until there pay the oustanding fees and make me think differently so jus a heads up DO NOT RENT/SELL or anythn frm these people. more
