Integrity and expertise 3/20/2017

Mike came to offer a second opinion after we received a diagnosis from another company stating that we needed substantial repairs to our HVAC unit, recommending that we might want to replace our HVAC system. Mike quickly diagnosed the issue, and informed us that our HVAC system was OK. The second opinion turned out to be the most important, as Mike had the heat back on immediately. I feel as though the other company may have been trying to sell us a new system since the mild winter has likely not been kind to the HVAC repairs/replacements industry. I appreciate Mike's honesty and his expertise, and we will be using Signature HVAC for our service from now on. more

Geo Thermal Maintenance 2/28/2017

Mr. Seeger arrived a few minutes ahead of scheduled time and explained what service he was going to perform on our Geo Thermal System. He provided service above and beyond. We will request that he comes back any time we need our system serviced. more

John came out to service our water heater that was not working. He went above and beyond to find the problem and find a solution for us. Very pleased. And a super nice guy too. Would highly recommend John from Signature HVAC! more

Great service! 2/25/2017

This was our first experience with Signature HVAC. We contacted them for a long-overdue inspection of our heating system. Wade showed up on-time, was very thorough and professional. He answered all of our questions and explained what diagnostics he performed and the results. After that, we signed a monthly contract for Signature's ongoing service plan, which is a good deal. We have no reservations and gladly recommend this company and Wade! more

Incredible Emergency AC Repair on Hottest Weekend of the Year 8/14/2016

On the hottest weekend of the year in PA (two days in a row with heat index 100 degrees and higher), our AC unit was gushing water on our basement floor. Not a full-on flood, but leaving me very uncomfortable nonetheless. I called Signature HVAC and they answered my call within 1 minute, notifying a technician that I needed help. One of the technicians, Brad, called me within 5 minutes, and told me he'd send someone out as soon as possible. Within 3 hours, Bob showed up and fixed our pump in a matter of minutes. He was friendly, knowledge and made quick work. I have been a Signature HVAC customer for over a year, and this is exactly the reason why. Everyone is excellent, and they really take care of people. Thank you, Signature HVAC! more

Room just not cold enough 7/26/2016

I am only giving 4 stars, as the problem can't be resolved. That being said, Danny was very nice & friendly, respectful & seemed to sincerely want to find a solution. Not his fault that the amount of air the chiller is sending into the room is insufficient for the job. I would certainly call Signature again, would be pleased to have Danny as the technician that comes, and have no hesitation in recommending this company. more

A/C routine annual service 6/15/2016

Bob S. Provided information about the performance of the compressor. He suggested it may not be running efficiently and may need replacement in the near future. Suggested we have a salesperson talk to us about our options. One will meet with us next week. more

Scott is our favorite service tech at signature hvac. Scott provides excellent service and is friendly and very knowledgeable. He tunes our Hvac system twice a year and we trust him completely. We highly recommend Scott for everyones HVAC needs! more
