This company, in particular their mold remediation department, can be and is being used by my Condominum Association to lie to me, manipulate me, and not follow through on any questions or help I need. I would not trust them to do anything for me, even if didn't involve work being performed by a Condominium Assoc., because you will never get the truth from them, they will leave you hanging for months on end, and no matter how many phone calls you make, they are never returned. more

Servpro of West Pasco takes advantage of elderly. 4/28/2011

Servpro of West Pasco did work at my parent's home. They took advantage of the fact that my parent's are in their 80's and did not understand what was going on. They claim they had to rip out the carpet because of mold but did not do any mold remediation that should have been performed. They did not inform them of the presence of mold or what it could do to their health to be in the house when they removed the mold. My parents have had health issues that could be related to mold. There is no mention of mold on the estimate. Do not let them take advantage of the elderly. more
