We were tenants for over a year and SDL was very responsive to the few problems we had with the property. They refunded out entire deposit after we moved out. I did thoroughly clean the home before leaving as this is part of the initial agreement in the lease. Overall we had a very positive experience with SDL. more

Great Management Company. I worked with SDL for a long time and they helped me turn my rental property around. It sat vacant for months under my former management company, and they managed to rent it out during the first week under them. I should have made the switch sooner. As an out of town owner - their hands on day to day attention was greatly appreciated. They were honest and hard working. more

I have rented forever and this is the third rental company that I have worked with and they are THE BEST. They are super friendly and willing to work with you. They usually reply to my request within an hour and are always ready to help. Their handy men are nice and trustworthy I just gave them the keys to the house and let them work without me there and have had no issues. If I ever rent a home I will use them as my management company. more

There was a recent death in the family that left us with property in the area and no way to attend to it. We have used property managers in the past and know what to look for in a good one. We found that in SDL and they have done a wonderful job for us. more

I'm surprised it took me this long to find a place managed by them, but now that I finally have I intend to stay for a long time. They've been the nicest and easiest people to rent from in this area without question. more

I was very pleased with the help they offered in finding a suitable rental with an owner that would allow the 3 month leased that I needed while I would be in the area. They showed me several great places and I am very happy with the house I chose. They ave been great to deal with and I have not had a single problem. more
